Express auto is a very dependable place.I have been using them for a long time . They are very honest. Jay is funny and trustworthy. Jay is like a brother to me! This year my car had a transmission work to be done. He put up not only with my car but also with my crazy schedule. I am beyond grateful for this place. Highly recommendable!!

Very efficient! We came for the driver test, but the test officer found one break light broken and then we came this shop for fixing immediately. The mechanic found and change actually two bulbs dark, for $15 totally. In half an hour, we had been back for test. Reasonable price and efficient work! Thank you!

Definitely a Hidden Gem!!!! Give Them a Try You Will Not Be Disappointed!! I Went Unfortunately as Someone Sideswiped My Car. I was a Basket Case, But Express Made Everything Better, Took Care Of Everything!! Plus Ready On Time, That was a Big Factor in My Review.

This business goes above and beyond for their customers. After a significant auto accident, I thought my car was totaled due to the extensive damage. However, they meticulously repaired it, and now it runs like new. The staff is knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this business to everyone.

I was heading to soccer and my front tire picked up some piece of metal which ended up scratching and denting my door. I brought my car to Express Auto and their service was phenomenal! Looks like nothing happened. Also they cleaned the car and filled up my tank when I came to pick it up. I have never had any shop do this before. Excellent service and work! Very honest and professional service! Highly recommend!

My passenger car door was out of alignment and wouldn’t close properly. I took it to Express Auto Service for an estimate, fully expecting to hear a large number to get this problem fixed. After Jay and his team took my car to inspect it, Jay called me back and they had already realigned it, at NO charge. Very courteous service to begin with, Jay was nice and funny … and then no bill! This absolutely made my day/week/month! I will definitely bring my cars here in the future and will be recommending them to everyone.

Returned from trip to Europe to discover our car would not start. Parked at son’s house and he referred us to EAS. Towed to Express Auto Services. We live in Iowa. Car repaired by next day.. I bought my 2008 Ford Taurus in 2017 with very high mileage and an A/C that the dealer advised was not-so good for a steal. I knew it would be a sort of in-between car, that it wouldn't last too much longer, so when the check engine light came on and it powered down I saw the writing on the wall. I called Express Auto Service as my parents used one of their relative's shops in the northwest suburbs, and they had a friend with a tow service to take it in. Everyone was incredibly easy to work with, and when I got my estimate I knew without a doubt this was the best deal I was going to get, and they were not trying to upsell or swindle me. The cost of the repair was a little less than what I paid for the car, so I thanked them and asked if they could recommend someone that could scrap it. They called the tow driver and he said he'd take care of it, but dropped the tow charge. I wasn't even charged for diagnostics. I went over with a few bags to empty it and they were so kind, offered me another bag (which I declined), apologized that I was losing my car, but didn't push me to reconsider, and I signed my title over to them. Once I decide if/ when I'll get another vehicle I'm absolutely bringing it to this shop.
