got my brakes “fixed” after having an issue with them recently I took them to another mechanic shop, turns out they slapped brake pads on top of my other ones and it has caused my rotor to mess up. which has costed me more money to fix that the beginning. :( which sucks.

Called this business to try to get my car repaired. When I told them the year of my car all I got was “we don’t work on old cars”. It’s sad because my friend told me they were great… guess they lost 2 customers now.

Excellent customer service!! Sent my daughter who goes to UT there and she had a piece of plastic dangling from the bottom of her car. They immediately took her car to the back, returned it in 5 minutes and said it's all fixed. They didn't even charge her! Peace of mind from a dad who's 200 miles away. Thank you!

I've never experienced a shop providing as much misinformation as Express Auto Center. The person I talked to told me I need 4 new tires, brakes and rotors for a speed wobble issue at 70mph and higher. It has nothing to do with the brakes or tire tread. Simply requires a tire rebalance. Warning to all, these guys do not know what they're talking about and will upsell you for parts and services you do not need.

Went with a friend so she could buy a new Odyssey as her husband was not able to be there and she wanted some help for the negotiation process. Our salesman Jeff was excellent throughout the entire process. The van itself had a defect in the rear glass that probably should have been caught during either the PDI or when being detailed prior to delivery. The biggest concern we had was that the detail department completely botched their job. Bug splatter all over the front, blue stains all over the door jambs everywhere, scuffs on the interior everywhere and some of the tape that goes between the tail lamp and the body was not removed. Someone needs to go back to school and learn how to clean a vehicle, especially when it's a $50,000+ brand new vehicle, or choose a different profession. If not for the complete lack of care shown by the detail department and the rear glass defects that probably should have been caught beforehand, we would have easily given them 5 stars. So, if you choose to purchase a vehicle from them, just do your due diligence when checking it for cleanliness because it's very obvious their detail people won't give it the attention it should receive.

Joe and Ali are the best. Very reasonable pricing and they get the job done. It’s tough to find a good repair place but not with Express. Go see them for your car needs, you won’t be disappointed.

The business owner stop what he was doing to help me replace a part that I didn't even by there and was very fair and let me talk him down from the labor hourly rate I really appreciate it it is very kind and I represent a satisfied customer.
