Glad to know auto shops like this still exist. I have taken my vehicle her for years. Even though with newer owners that same confidence exist. The job will be done right. They stand behind what they say 100 percent.

TJ and his entire staff make sure that the customer understands the repairs to be made as well as advising them on future service related items that will need to be addressed.later on. The entire staff is extremely courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Great service on my motorhome. RV dealer said 6 weeks wait time for appointment and would have to leave it.. Express made appointment 2 days later and did service in same day!

Definitely very pleased with the service of my vehicle. Steve was extremely helpful and letting me know what the issues were and what it would take to repair the car that I had in there couldn't be more happy.

Had a great experience with Todd and Steve. They were very friendly and curteous. They got my trailer in for a state inspection and turned it around very quickly! I appreciate the great service. They also have a pretty good size lot for parking what ever you might have that needs service.

I've used Express Auto since moving to Chester in 2006. My son also takes his car there. This company is fair, honest and wonderful to work with! I recommend that EVERYONE needs to use Express Auto!

I had an excellent experience at this car shop! They were able to accommodate my last-minute maintenance request on my foreign car, which I know can be tricky. The staff was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. They went out of their way to ensure everything was done perfectly. I was referred to Express Auto Center Inc. by my tire and auto center mechanic. I called and talked to Steve. I explained my situation and gave him the info he requested. Steve told me he would call back shortly with an estimate. Steve was true to his word and called back promptly with an estimate. The ball was set in motion. I had my vehicle towed to Express Auto Center Inc. and was notified upon its arrival. I was told what to expect during the repair. Steve kept me in the loop and we had an open line of communication. My car was repaired and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. I’d highly recommend Express Auto Center Inc. They’re courteous, professional, highly skilled and prompt.

These guys are absolutely amazing!! We stopped in on day two of our family vacation with an emergency tire repair and they went above and beyond! So friendly and helpful. They were very fair with their pricing. They genuinely wanted to look after us, making us feel right at home with snacks and coffee. I was so impressed. I can't say enough good about everyone at this garage. Wow! Just. WOW!
