Another great interaction with this shop. This makes my second time coming back and I’m sure it won’t be my last. From the customer service, promptness and attention to detail it’s all 5 stars. I brought my car in for a custom setup with a muffler, resonator and tip I purchased online. The owner was great in listening to what I was looking for and delivering. Highly recommend this shop.

This shop did a very good job to repair the exhaust on my van. I didn't realize how good the welding looked until a few days later when I was able get under to take a look. I would also like to express how reasonable the price was also. And thanks again for a job well done.

I am disappointed on how the job went. I guess I miss the communication with them. I had them trying to convert my trailer into a lawn trailer. The area of where my weed eaters and edgers are located are not working. It was never secured. The basket of where I supposed to have to secure my gas tanks are not secured. Maybe I miss communicated wit them , but I will have to redo most of everything. The only thing that I am satisfied with is the back pack blowers . I have to go find some one else next year… I am going to respond to what the owner replied. If I were in business and was given a specific budget, I would do as much quality work as I could for that budget. I would not compromise my quality of work to get the job. However, I never gave a budget for the trailer, I simply asked for a bid. This was the low bid, and I now see why. "You get what you pay for". A true welder looked at this and laughed. He said we should demand a refund for the quality of work that was done, and went on to say that a beginning welder would do better work. The supports that hold our implements are open on top, which allows rain in and will rust the pipe on our trailer over time. I was also told that the "box" that holds our gas cans would be made from the same metal that is on our gates, but when I picked my trailer up it didn't have a bottom or sides on it, and no way to lock it. When I called and asked to get what I asked for, you told me to bring it back in and you'd take care of it. You then added chicken wire to the bottom. My biggest complaint is this-if you couldn't do the job, you should have just told me and I would've gone elsewhere. If you felt that my "budget" restricted the work you could do, you should have communicated that as well.

The employees are friendly and helpful . Very reasonable on the prices. Do exhalent work Will be using them in the future. If you want a great place to get your exhaust and muffler done this is the place.

The best place for any of your exhaust, muffler, and welding work. So friendly and they will do ANYTHING you tell them to do. Came from Rogers because other shops in the area had no idea what i wanted. Good prices, and good people. Made my truck crazy loud. Will for sure recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done.

They worked on my eclipse and Silverado, there work is horrible. The welds look like a ten year old did them. Horrible business they charge top dollar for the worst work I've ever seen from a shop. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off

Excellent service and honest business. I had a wonderful experience with these guys and would recommend them over any other muffler shop in the area. The first shop I visited in Van Buren tried to charge me a thousand dollars. Exhausted took me right in and gave me a honest estimate and was only a small fraction of what the other guys wanted to charge. Chance was amazing and extremely professional. If you need muffler work done and don't want to get ripped off. Exhausted is your place. All the staff are very helpful and courteous. Nothing but good things to say.

They were ready when I arrived for my appointment and got my little car right in. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They did a repair job and lifted the muffler a tad to prevent it from breaking again. In my opinion, they went above and beyond and the price was more than fair. Great experience and I highly recommend. I am glad I found them!
