Andy and the Mechanic behind the Little Cesar’s is a LIFE SAVER! Jiffy Lube tried charging us $1,200 for a “12 hour job” that Andy charged us $185 & immediately started up work. He explained everything that was needed, wrong & helped in such an amazing way. Jiffy lube was unprofessional & lied to us about what was wrong just to jack up our prices because we’re women.

I brought my Jeep in not knowing why my brake light was on and immediately the mechanic took care of the problem - I’ve Always got my oil changed here and service is always excellent - I highly recommend the mechanic Andy….!!!!

Went to get oil change this past Saturday. The older man states after I pay. By the way you have an oil leak in oil pan. I highly do not recommend this place. I have attached photos the next morning on Sunday. Showing how much oil is leaking.

A friend of ours went to this place last week and they told her that her racket pinion was shot and tie rods were bad and it would cost about 850.00 dollars to repair. Well 2 days later she took it to another place and it wasn’t bad at all and the tie rods were good and they fixed the leaks for nothing. This guy here at evergreen is a scammer. Sad to see that someone would do this to a person. The owner is in the hospital and had a family member bring it here and was told nothing but lies. I even talked to the mechanic and he told me that the car needed repair immediately and it was nothing but a total lie. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Horrible experience they changed my oil and didn't close my drain plug if I wouldn't have reversed to pick something up I would never have seen all my oil leaked out at work and could've blown my engine!! Never again😡

Horrible work and customer service. Went in to get an oil change and did not change my oil filter gasket or my drain plug gasket when it was provided to them. Older man said he doesn’t have to change them unless they are broken. Which makes no sense why would they provide these items in the oil filter if it’s not recommended to change. Said he has been doing it for 25 years which says a lot about his work. Do not recommend this place.

I have used EVERGREEN Lube Shop for the last 15 years for oil changes, brake repairs/replacements, A/C, cooling system, belt replacement, engine flush, and most recently State Inspection for both of my cars. My mom discovered the shop when we moved into the community some 20 years ago – she won’t go to any other shop for her car care needs. They treat her with respect and always give her a fair price. I went for a basic oil change just on Friday and it turns out that my oil gasket or the knob was not tightened enough so now today my car stalled twice on the highway because my car didn't have any oil in it. Also attached photos of oil spots from my car before I got it towed to my home. I just need a rental or free servicing because I've been through too much with vehicles and I dont need this happening. I just want everything to be corrected.
