This Evans location has been awesome in its service and in its pricing. Recently I had to order my tires outside of the normal process and they installed them for $35 a tire. I highly recommend this Evans!

Both of the rear tires on my daughter’s car were losing air and almost flat. I was able to get to Evans Tire on First Avenue, and Victor took care of me right away. The quick turn around and competent and friendly service was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use Evans Tire for my car service needs in the future!

Carlos and Team were extremely helpful! As soon as they found other problems with my truck they brought me over to show me what they saw and priced out for me how much it would cost to fix the issue. They ensured that I left their store with a safe and well maintained vehicle.

I called Evan’s Tire on 01/16/25 located at 1569 1st Ave. San Diego, CA 92101 and inquired about an alignment on my 2020 Ram. I was received by Carlos, who is the a part of management and let me know that they cools perform my alignment that same day. I let him know that I would be on my way. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Carlos and found him to be a complete professional , in addition, the shop looked clean and it the atmosphere was welcoming not shady like many other shops . All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely do business with Carlos and his team again.

I had such an amazing experience at Evans Tire in downtown San Diego! From the moment I walked in, the manager made me feel like family – so welcoming and genuinely caring. The team who worked on my car was just as incredible. Everyone was so pleasant and positive, and it was clear they really enjoyed what they do. It’s rare to see such happy and dedicated people, and it made the entire experience so much better. My car was fixed quickly and with care, and I left feeling great about the service I received. Victor demonstrated exceptional customer service, exemplifying his friendly demeanor. My vehicle was serviced within an hour. I visited for replacement of front brake pads and rotors, as well as a brake fluid flush; they also performed a rear brake cleaning and adjustment, which wasn’t requested, although the price seemed slightly higher than anticipated, totalling a little over $900.

All I can say is, when they try to upsell you on things UNRELATED to tires, don't believe them. Go back to whoever works on your car and relay their unfounded message.And when you get tires there, take them somewhere and make sure they are brand new. I trusted these people over the years, however this last go around didn't affect me until much later when I went to my mechanic for a purge valve issue. Not going to write a book here, just be aware. I wouldn't go back if they were the last place standing... I'd walk.

Found a screw in my tire earlier in the day, called Evan’s and they said come in, and we will take care of it. They had the screw out and tire mended in fifteen minutes. Then just sent me on my way, no charge. Gestures like that really don’t happen anymore. Made my day, thanks guys!
