I called for information regarding new tires. I was given a very good quote (less than two other places I called). They told me I could come in the same day and have my tires put on. While there I was told I needed an alignment and rear brakes. Also quoted very fairly and they took care of those things in the same appointment. Ruth was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and presented the additional services with quotes and information right away. I was very pleased overall with my experience there. This is the second set of tires I have gotten here and I will return in the future!

So Firestone complete auto (ripoff)care (2 blocks down the street) told me $150 to replace a tire sensor on my 2016 Cadillac ELR made the appointment and was killing time washing my car next door at soapy joe's and said wth let's see what Evans wants Alfredo answered the phone and said $110 I said cool let's do this, was waiting around and said yet again wth lemme try discount tire on Genesee was quoted $84 out the door. Of course I said hold on found it cheaper and asked for my keys back Alfredo said wait how much cheaper food u find it? $84 ? We can match that price no problem. Hats off to this location for crushing the competition and making this Cadillac owner a future customer. And high five to Ruth as well for making my wait time very comfortable and looking up my Hankook tires . I paid $776 for 2 midgrade tires at yet again Firestone complete auto ripoff and Ruth quoted me$1000 for all 4 premium Hankook tires with wheel alignment for life and rotation for life. Wish I just bought it to begin with. Lesson learned for sure

Front desk was incredibly incompetent and slow. Asking questions was like pulling teeth. I had all 4 tires replaced, 2 of my TPMS sensors are bad and they didn't check them (standard procedure when replacing tires), I found out after I pulled off the lot and had to come back for them to check and tell me the issue. Now I'm going to have to go back and pay labor costs when they could have just called me and replaced them with the tires. Will probably be going elsewhere so I don't have to deal with more of their incompetence and laziness. Edit 1/7/2025- they commented that they emailed me at 7:30 this morning. It's now 2 pm and still no email. Did not go to spam. I didn't think it was possible for them to get worse but here we are Edit 1/8/25 7pm- still no email or contact from Evans. Big surprise

First time going to this location. Made an appointment for an alignment and when I picked it up it was worse then when I dropped it off. No mechanics around to talk to and they didn't do a pre or post work inspection of my truck. Never got the alignment report they were going to send me after confirming my email twice before I left. I did however get a spam survey email so I know they have it.

I just showed up. Asked for a ballpark on service (oil & brakes). Stayed for the oil change. 1/2 off right now as it happens. Looks to be fully staffed. Front desk is quite knowledgeable. Had me processed in under a minute. In the bay, minute 2. Love it. 5 stars recommend.

Evans tires in Convoy, takes advantage of women and the elderly less educated in auto repair. In my own experience they love to have you apply for credit and magically your max credit amount is exactly a dollar more then your auto bill. The only time they did not price gouge me, is when I went in the store with my brother in law. I started going to Evans years ago because my Mother in law has always taken her vehicle there. I was honestly suprised at how happy she was with them, because like I said above, in my own experience they price gouge. Unfortunately recently my mother in law went there for a tune up I was completely taken advantage of. She left there paying almost half of what the car is worth. I 100% believe they saw an elderly couple right before Thanksgiving and decided they would be easy targets. I will be sharing my review, my personal experience and my mother in laws recent transaction with everyone I know. We're San Diego natives, and the word will be spread.

Just went to Evans Tire for vehicle service. Price with coupon was reasonable and the service was as fast as I receive at other auto repair shops. I would use them again for routine services.

Made an appointment for wheel alignment at 11 am. Upon arrival told it would not be done for at least 90 minutes (they were telling everyone that even those without appointments). Actually took nearly two hours for a 15-20 minute job. Would think that if you have an appointment it would supersede walk in’s. Luckily I had a ride and did not have to wait there. Was hoping to be in and out in less than an hour since I had a scheduled time.

Overall satisfied but had a previous bad experience with being charged for power steering fluid on two different occasions which they’ve rectified. However on a recent visit the worker had no easy way to verify I had a two year wheel alignment warranty except to search the history. More of a fault on the evans tire software I suppose. Should be something easy to find under my user account.

I had to get an oil change and an apointment was made for me by a young lady from Evan’s .The oil change was done without any problems at a great price ,The Desk staff ( the young lady )was very professional in assisting me .The mechanic did a great job on my oil change .I will be using Evan’s in the future to take care of my car .

I was there for a 4 wheel alignment on my Tundra; car was done in about 1.5hr, still got plenty of time to take care other things for the rest of the day. Thank you guys, great service.

Never buy an alignment package at Evans tires they never treat the alignments after that and they treat you like Terribly and never go to the convoy 3747 convoy Evans tires absolutely terrible

These guys were amazing! Micheal and his colleague, please forgive me for not remembering her name, had me out of there in 30 minutes. Instead of selling me the much higher priced tire, he saved me $300 bucks for a tire that looked exactly the same as the others when it was put on. I have 2 very nice cars, a Lexus and a Mercedes, and Evans Tire will be my choice moving forward. I recommend highly, giving them a chance with your car!! Tire change went fine but the front staff was extremely condescending and wouldn’t even give a straight answer to whether he’d recommend a tire rotation (which was indicated). For the price of the tires and service I expected more.
