From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. They didn’t belittle me bc I know nothing of tires. They answered my questions, and provided me a timeframe. They kept to it as well, as I got a call when they were done. Upon receiving my vehicle, my additional questions were answered, while building a rapport! Just my kind of place!! As it’s right down the street from my office, I will continue to use them as my ‘go-to’ for my Volvo! Brian and Armando are awesome!! Great facility!

Had to get back to LA post the fires and realized as I was about to leave that there was a nail in the tire. Pulled up, had Mike inspect it, was changed and we were out of there in 20 minutes. Excellent customer service! Could not recommend them enough!!

What should we call a business that takes advantage of its customers? Maybe a “Scammer”! After installing my new tires (which I have no complaint about), the shop told me that the Struts and the Control Arms had to be replaced and gave me a printout of parts & labor estimate. I checked the prices of the parts from any auto store and noticed that a part that cost about $100-$130 (depending on where you buy it from) was listed on EVANS TIRE quote as $570.99 and another part that cost $160-$180 was listed on EVANS TIRE quote as $499.99). Side note: places like EVANS buy parts at wholesale price, not at retail price. I understand 20-40% markups for a business, but 150-250% markups! That is a deliberate & intentional Rip-Off of customers. This EVANS TIRE store thinks its customers are idiots therefore, the customers should be charged accordingly :( I had the job done by my trusted mechanic at half the price of EVANS’ quote. Sorry EVANS TIRE, you lost me after being your customer for 7 years.

Armando and the rest of the team were awesome. I got some tires put on but also had an unknown issue that they checked out for me. Their comms were great! Gave me a call to let me know the status of the unknown issue and got the new tires on and ready in half the time. I’ve been to the Scripps Evan’s Tire several times and have always been treated right. Their prices are also lower than any other place I’ve checked.

The service was absolutely fantastic I brought my Grandfather’s Toyota Yaris in for tire replacement and they found a problem with the brake system and did it all for a reasonable price. They were truly honest about everything and to me that is real important because some shops try to take advantage of women but this most definitely was not the case here they were really awesome and I highly recommend if you need any of the types of services they provide you should most definitely come to the scripps summit Evans

Although everyone was really nice, I felt like their main motive is for people to buy new tires. That’s how they make money. They could have fixed my tire by filling the holes. There were two holes RIGHT NEXT to each other but they refused so I had to pay $140 for a new tire ALTHOUGH I JUST purchased one for $100 in May of ‘23. I’ll be going somewhere else if this happens again. At least I’ll have a warranty on the tire and they will replace it. Here I had to pay extra, in which I declined, because I didn’t think a BRAND NEW tire would need to be replaced so quickly. At the end of the day, I paid but like I said, I will not be back.

Did oil change, brake flush, and alignment on my Audi for my road trip. The alignment is off and I have to steer to the left this entire trip to stay straight. My car did not have alignment issue before, but I did an alignment since it is close to 60k mile. To be clear, I had positive experience with this shop before and had left positive reviews. But this service is very disappointing especially bothered me fir my road trip. Update: alignment reworked at shop. Seems good

I greatly benefited from the black friday tire sale (buy 2, get 2) after finding out I needed to replace all 4 tires. Mike was great about ordering enough tires from another store and hooking my car up by the end of the day. I REALLY appreciate it!!
