Awesome experience. All other places in the area required advance appts and were $20 more. Sebastian at Evans told me to walk in, and he’d have my tire repaired in a couple hours. In this day and age, quick and easy is hard to find, not to mention everyone was polite and pleasant. They made a repeat customer out of me.

I thought I would leave a review after my second time to this shop. The cast of characters working at this location took good care of me and my vehicle. I went in for an oil change but, as sometimes happens, needed additional services and repairs. Sebastian helped me prioritize repairs so that my checkbook wouldn't be kept in shock for too long. I look forward to having the additional services done at this location in the future (as much as one can look forward to paying for repairs anyway).

The Rancho Pen̈asquitos team was great. Ulysses and Sebastian greeted everyone that came in with a warm Hello & How can I help you? Total time from start to finish for 4 tires & and oil change took about 1.5 hours.

Although this time we had an issue with their payment processing, but they were able to compensate us with a fair discount. Other than that, we never had any other issues. Their customer service was beyond my satisfaction.

I have gone to Evans Tire, I think as long as they have been in PQ with all of my vehicles and my families vehicals. Their prices are very reasonable, the people are very friendly and courteous, the technicians are reliable and knowledgeable about any and all vehicals, but most important, their work is extremely perfect every time. I always have a great experience at this location! This time around, I had an emergency where I discovered a bubble on my tire. Ulysses was able to fit me in quickly the next day, and Sebastian did great work! I was able to get my car back fairly quickly in great shape. A lot of gratitude towards Ulysses and Sebastian at Evans Tire for getting me all set so that I got my car back in time to go to work on time!
