Left my car disassembled, after taking apart the front end to get a proper estimate of the damages. They claimed, that it's not their job to reassemble the car, if it's totaled. I think that just shows a lack of responsibility. The only thing they offered me was some metal twine, so I could attempt to tie up the plastic pieces that were dragging the ground. If someone took the car apart, and left it undriveable, it should be that person's responsibility to put it back together. The overall professionalism was lacking, and I felt like at the end of the day everyone there could give a rat's *** about me, and my families only car. I would choose any other shop in the area over this. Tim's treated me well in the past, and I will be going there in the future, if anything like this happens to me or family members again.

I had work down on my bumper earlier this year, after a little fender bender with a pole. I was so pleased with the work they did, and they were so nice. I would use them in the future and highly recommend.

Every person with whom I spoke was very friendly and professional! The work was done in the time frame I was told. There is a lifetime guarantee on the paint and they detailed my car! Bonus! It hasn’t looked that good since I purchased it! I would definitely recommend and will use them again should I have the need.
