I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer support at Eustis. My car was declared a total loss. I was expecting to pick it up looking just like it did when I dropped it off. What a surprise! They had put it back together so the damage was only minimally visible. They even gave it a wash! I will be able to drive this “totaled” car for a long time. I appreciate the team at Eustis and whole heartedly recommend them!

Repairs were completed on time and received updates on a regular basis to ensure I was informed about progress on my truck. Can’t even tell it was in an accident!!! Would highly recommend Eustis.

The only issue I had with Eustis was my vehicle was not done when promised. It was suppose to be ready on a Friday and I was forced to wait until the following Monday to pick it up, which was an inconvenience. Otherwise the work was excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They could be much better at communicating but otherwise I would recommend them!

While it is not always fun to need body shop services, (post accident) Eustis Body Shop is the best. From dropping our vehicle off, to receiving updates on the progress of the repairs via text, to the end inspection - we have enjoyed every aspect of working with Eustis.

Unfortunately, we have had to use Eustis Body Shop 3 times in the past 6 months. Each time they have been very professional and have communicated what they were going to do and what the timeline of completion would be. We have been happy with their quality of work and service. Eustis Body Shop is a great place to do business! They are located in South Lincoln. Everything went smoothly from getting an estimate for the part that was needed to the install. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

Great experience with my auto repair! My daughter had taken her car to them a few years back and highly recommended this shop. I was very pleased with the experience. Everyone I dealt with were friendly knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. They put my comfort above their self. Even those I did not meet appeared they enjoyed their work. I would not hesitate to recommend or use the shop in the future.
