My engine light stayed on through multiple repairs at other places. Finally Eurowise found the real problem, and fixed it! I’m grateful for their competency, professionalism, and friendly customer service. The German mechanic ( Dennis ?) came out to speak to me personally, and explained the process of fixing what was wrong. Excellent work! and Danke! Kathleen

Eurowise got my car into the shop, diagnosed, and fixed it all within a couple of days even though it was a holiday week. They communicated efficiently and stuck to their estimate. Unlike other places I’ve been, I felt like their pricing was fair and competitive.

My experience with this shop and specifically Mike at the front desk could only be described as Kafkaesque. A surreal, disorienting experience. This shop came highly recommended so I’m glad not everyone feels this way. I was left with a sense of antagonism from the shop about any concerns my partner had after the car was “fixed”. Long story short- it was not fixed up to standard. To what standard? Oh for example, if my husband paid for the windshield wipers to be fixed… they should work! They shop said they fixed it- but when I had to use them while it was raining that proved not to be the case. This is but one example of several issues that were not resolved. And now we’re met with nothing but pushback from the shop. Dealing with Eurowise has been a hassle.
