I brought my car here to be serviced. There was nothing major wrong with my car there were no lights lit up on the dashboard at all. I only brought it in to find out more about the heat sensor (for my heated seats) and front bumper parking assistant (the front camera). After the diagnostic was done, I decided not to have the repairs done because of pricing. I informed EuroTune of my decision not to move forward and came to pick my car up the next day. Upon starting the car, I noticed the check engine light and other lights indicating faults were lit up on the dashboard. These lights were never on before bringing it in. When I brought this to their attention, they told me that they were going to fix the issue. They said it was because their mechanic had a lot of things open for the diagnostic check and may not have put everything back correctly. However, later that evening, I received a text saying they looked through a camera scope through the radiator cover and noticed that a rodent chewed through the wiring. I called and spoke to Jennifer and explained that my car is garage kept and I have regular pest inspections at my home so there was no way there was rodent damage prior to me bringing it in. That’s when Jennifer explained that it may have happened at their facility while parked in the lot, however there was nothing they could do at that point without me paying for further service. At this point I do not trust this mechanic shop and regret going to EuroTune and would advise anyone to not bring their vehicles here for anything. I feel I was scammed.

It feels like a scam—they insist on the diagnosis fee, and once your vehicle is in the shop, they claim you need far more repairs than initially expected. You’re left paying their bill no matter what, or you have to take your business elsewhere and pay again. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of honest repair shops that won’t waste your time or money.

Brought my 5 series BMW in for inspection and oil change appointment. Everything checked out for inspection and it was noted my coolant was low which turned out to be a small crack in the reservoir (which happens to a 15 year old car). I was given a full estimate for that repair and made an appointment for that repair. The service team in front was friendly and helpful and with some new chairs the waiting area was very comfortable. I highly recommend, they have always provided first class service for my BMW and Audis.

Contacted them to repair motor in my Mercedes. Was told to tow in for repair. After receiving the car, I was contacted and told they did not want to work on the car and asked me to come and get it. I immediately contacted AAA to pick the car up the same day. AAA arrived to pick the car up and was told the car was towed. Huh? Cost me over $300 to get my car back. How dare you treat customers like this. Please be aware of this business!!!! I do NOT recommend.

I brought my 2005 LR5 in for a State Inspection, Wheel Balance and Alignment. Communication was done throughout the whole process and they provided me with options and allowing me to do my own work to fix failures on the state inspection. While their not cheap they are honest and thorough with their work. Would recommend for business again.

My husband and I have been taking his Mini Cooper to Eurotune for several years, but the last time will be our last. When we informed them that the car's battery was continuously draining, they insisted the new battery we purchased needed to be registered to the vehicle and that was all it would need. We then had the car towed to them (an hour away) to perform a battery draw test, as we were experiencing other strange electrical issues like the doors locking/unlocking themselves and the tail light staying on randomly. The $200+ draw test they performed showed no issues, yet they still claimed the battery just needed to be registered. We asked them to complete some routine maintenance before picking it up (including recharging the vehicles AC coolant, which they also charged us $200 for an evaluation of the cooling system first before recharging it without telling us first it would cost that much – we didn’t even know until we received a copy of invoice which we had to ask for after the invoice was already paid!), but when they tried to start the car, the battery was dead again. They then said the CAS module needed replacing for $2800 as suggested by a fault code in the vehicle’s computer. Distrusting their diagnosis based on past experiences, we took the car to a BMW specialist for a second opinion. They found the battery was never properly registered, even though Eurotune stated they had, they fixed that, and discovered the real issue was a faulty footwell module causing the electrical problems - a $1200 repair, not the $2800 CAS module Eurotune had recommended. We've now had the car back for a month with no further battery issues. If we had trusted Eurotune's diagnosis, we would have paid significantly more for the wrong repair (which also would not have been the first time and seems to be common practice with Eurotune as its happened to us in the past with other concerns we’ve taken the vehicle in for!!) This experience has made it clear we can no longer rely on Eurotune's expertise with Mini Coopers, and we will be taking our business elsewhere going forward.

My 2012 Tiguan had a low oil pressure light coming on telling me to turn engine off immediately. I tried everything including sensor replacement, oil pump replacement, screen cleaning and change to new… etc (Everything) When I first took it there it had also developed a small new oil leak. They found the leak near the sensor I replaced and of course determined that was both issues (understandably), a month later the light was back with a vengeance. (Leak was still gone) I called and they said bring it right back (took over a month to get in there originally because they are that good and super busy. I took it back and after a few days called and wanted to clean the screen so I called and explained everything I had done including replacing that. Most places want to do it themselves which costs money but they understood and ran a series of test determining that the problem was with the aftermarket sensor that I had replaced it with and then they replaced it with another one just like it. It was never dropping oil pressure at all so they bought one from Volkswagen put it in and told me to come up and get it, and it was under warranty. A problem that two other mechanics and myself couldn’t solve they finally did and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Not to mention how nice and professional the lady I was speaking with was.

I had an awesome experience and it's a fantastic alternative to the dealership. I bought a BMW from CarMax a while back and got the MaxCare service contract. They managed to get the warranty company to cover the entire repair, almost $4k, without any problems. Since they were "in network," I didn't even have to pay a deductible. They communicated well, got it fixed right on the first try, and the turnaround time was reasonable. Thanks again for all the help!

My husband and daughter bring their cars to Eurotune so I decided to bring my SUV there. I had a great experience. They were able to schedule my car when I needed it (it wasn’t an urgent need to get seen same day). Jennifer was great over the phone. My car runs great and I will definitely return to Eurotune in the near future!

This was my 2nd major repair done at Eurotune, and they continue to impress. They treat every repair as if it were their own vehicle! It did take a while for them to be able to take my car, but that’s because they have so many valued customers!! They were able to replace the timing chain on my BMW amongst other issues they discovered while doing their diagnostics. They did a great job communicating with my warranty company and made sure everything was covered with the exception of a new battery (which Alex did reach out and let me know prior to installing). Tiffany at reception was a pleasure to speak with and kept me updated every step of the way!! All in all another wonderful experience over at Eurotune, thank you for bringing my baby back to life! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a trusted repair repair shop filled with master mechanics!

It was expensive but they fixed everything I came for. Still get the light for coolant but I am not losing any anymore. Unplanned mishap not their fault but rather move on ...not ponder it.

Unfortunately the fourth visit was a problem. I got an alignment and had to ask for the report - I’m glad I did because it was done incorrectly. They did redo it after I asked about it but it shouldn’t have left the shop the first time to require a redo. I have no confidence in their work anymore First visit and super impressed with this smooth and professional business. Stay “tuned” for more impressions. Second visit: could not have asked for better or more professional service for my car. Found a keeper! 🥰 Third visit: See previous visits
