Our check engine issue has been tough to diagnose and European Service Center was able to pinpoint the emissions problem and make the repair. Their professionalism and expertise is A-1. Danny communicates all issues and options, and I love they only recommend repairs that are needed and are honest about the must haves versus the nice to haves that could wait for later. As soon as our service agreements expire with my vehicles, European Service Center becomes my service provider. They are highly recommended!

If you're looking for an honest repair center, look no further. I've taken my Mercedes here a couple of times, and they have always been up front and honest. They don't look for opportunities to charge you more. They look for the issue and don't make stuff up to get your money. They do quality work as well and provide excellent service. Definitely a top notch establishment.

Very dishonest shop and would not recommend ANYONE to bring their vehicle here. Just to give a little bit of a background, I am an Hvac/R technician (20 years experience) and have mechanical skills working on cars prior to getting in the HvacR industry. I’ve done things as little as brakes jobs and alignments all the way to rebuilding transmissions and swapping out engines. Never had a problem. Well, I changed the rotors and brake pads on the rear to my friend’s car and also had to change the caliper assembly and everything on the left rear side of the car and the only thing I brought this car to the shop for was for them to get the air out of the brake lines. The shop told us that it was going to be 170 bucks OK cool. Well they give us a call a little while later and tell us that it’s gonna be 350 now because they had to flip a brake pad around because supposedly I put a pad on backwards. This was totally untrue because I’m extremely OCD and do things right the first time when I do them and I would never do something as silly as this. It’s the equivalent to taking a crap on the floor instead of the toilet for me. It’s just something I would never do and can’t possibly make a mistake like that yet they insisted I did make that mistake. They took horrible quality pictures where you can’t see the brake pad flipped around at all. Also picking the car up I saw mother where it had been scraping on the back wall of the brake pad instead of the actual brake pad because yes we drove it there and used the brake so you would definitely see marks on the back side of the pad…nothing…so long story short these people will get over on you any chance they get if they can even if your well experienced. It’s hard to find a good mechanic nowadays because it’s difficult to trust any of them which is why I became mechanical minded in the first place I was tired of getting screwed over by dishonest people Especially when I bust my ass so hard to make the money that I’d make just to get screwed over by Mechanic shops like this one. I hope this message reaches all of you that want to bring your car to the shop because thanks again and see if you can just bring it somewhere else someone maybe you can trust better I’m even thinking about bringing this up to the BBB. Also, as a sidenote, I did try to reason with them and explain how I would never make a mistake like this and explained a little bit about my background and they would not let up about it and I am 100% sure I did not put those brake pads on backwards as a disclaimer There’s no doubt in my mind that I put those brake pads on 100% correctly.

Great experience overall (efficient communication, supporting documents, nice follow-up) . Appear to have a lot of repeat customers based on what I can tell from the limited time a the shop. I can't speak to prices or quality because I didn't compare or am that knowledgeable about cars. However, based on the number of people in the lobby , I assume they're at least comparable and provide quality work. I can speak to the customer service which is great!

Was in Atlanta for a day trip when an indicator light appeared. I recalled that I had received very good service from them a few years ago. Given this situation, I was very relieved when Chuck responded affirmatively to my sudden and unanticipated need for service. They were very gracious and efficient from the time I called through completion of this emergency visit. It turned out to be minor and I was not charged. Thank you for your continued goodness.

Transmission trouble on a car with 194,000 miles on it, and the shop provided a thorough diagnosis at the reasonable price as they stated beforehand. A good honest shop.
