I have been bringing my vehicles to European House for Imports for a number of years and I can say, UNEQUIVOCALLY, that this vehicle repair facility exemplifies integrity, reliability, and quality in all the work that they do. Furthermore, their customer service skills are exemplary! They are ALWAYS friendly and extremely knowledgeable! They have gone above and beyond for me on a couple occasions when the owner took me home AND returned to bring me back to the facility in his own vehicle. That’s not just customer service, that’s making a difference! If you are looking for an excellent mechanic, I can honestly endorse this vehicle repair facility. They will not only do exceptional work, but will also treat you like family.

I’ve been using EHFI for several years now for both our S Class MBZ, and X5 BMW. I had a full break job done on the MBZ not too long ago, and they squeaked from the beginning. It would sort of come and go, but recently got worse. I made an appointment, and they replaced the front pads at no cost. I suppose that the treatment I received should be expected, but I don’t think it’s all that common today. I believe that this is a good place to take your vehicle if you’re looking for efficient, competent service, and to avoid the dealership.

I had a very good experience at this location yesterday. I was here from out of town and my car made a popping sound and started rattling as I drove. I called several places, and Josh called me back to tell me they could check the car if I brought it in right away. Most other places I would have had to wait until the next day, and timing was very critical as I only had another day to stay in the city. Turns out it was just a bolt that had snapped off, and they expeditiously got a replacement and had the car fixed in about an hour! I was able to head back out of town on time and the repairs or minimal and they charged a reasonable price to do so. They're efforts and professionalism are very appreciated 👍

I normally dont write negative reviews but after a few days of consideration (and really wrackinig my brain over the experieice), I am going to leave a negative review for a very unusual experience with European House of Imports. tldr: seeing "VF Upsell" scrawled in black pen on your repair paperwork (when other estimates were far more reasonable) will never create a repeat customer or inspire customer confidence in your business. Also, saying the Diag charge is $90 initially but then charging $180 when the customer declines work is a little strange as well. Long story short, an acquaintance recommended this shop for some repairs I needed done on a vehicle. I stopped in and dropped the vehicle off. Once I got the estimate (25% higher than another reputable shop), I was going to head in and authorize the work anyway because the vehicle was already there etc. However, once I got in and saw "VF Upsell" scrawled in black ink on my paperwork, I knew something was up and I knew my business was going elsewhere. Naturally, I declined the work at this point. And was charged $180 instead of $90 (that I was told initially) just for the diag. I later called Michelle and got some rambling explanation for the estimate and increased diag charge but it really didnt make any sense. She said that they write "VF Upsell" when they are waiting for customer authorization. Yeah okay. Not my first rodeo. "Upsell" means upsell in ANY context. The change in diag charge is unscrupulous but there's nothing inherently wrong with the diag charges changing due to declining work...it should just be communicated UP FRONT. The way it stands, it looks like a "sour grapes" way for this business to nickle and dime the customers that refuse to be "upsold" Declined the work here and would recommend anyone else to pursue other (and more honest) repair facilities. Not sure why this was written only on MY paperwork (and dont even want to go there as to why) but I can tell you I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Cant comment on their quality of work but I can comment (and confirm) on unscrupulous practices as soon as you enter the door.

I was planning a short trip when I noticed something was wrong with my car—it was shaking while I was driving. Stopping at the Jaguar dealership wasn’t an option. The hassle of calling to make an appointment, waiting at least a week to get in, and potentially leaving my car there for days simply didn’t fit into my schedule. Instead, I decided to stop by the European House for Imports auto repair shop, as they specialize in high-end foreign cars and are conveniently located near my home. They took me in right away! Their technician quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me exactly what was wrong, and sourced the necessary parts. The parts were delivered to the shop within an hour and a half, and they got straight to work. The entire process took about four hours, but I was able to wait comfortably in their clean and well-equipped waiting area. Best of all, I got my car back the same day! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Their top-notch customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and quick turnaround exceeded my expectations. European House for Imports is now my go-to shop for any future car services or repairs. I highly recommend them!

Josh and his team at European House For Imports are unparalleled in Vegas. After purchasing a 2020 CLA35 from Carvana, I encountered numerous issues. Despite it being under the manufacturer’s warranty, the dealership provided subpar service. Another shop managed to resolve a few problems under the Silver Rock 100-day warranty, yet significant issues remained unaddressed. It was only when I brought my vehicle to Josh’s team that the most critical problem was identified with ease: faulty front wheel bearings. Both the dealer and the previous shop had dismissed my concerns about the excessive noise, but Josh and his team pinpointed the issue promptly, liaised with Silver Rock, and secured approval for the repair. The transformation was astounding—the cacophony reminiscent of a jet engine was replaced by a serene, quiet ride. My only regret is not consulting Josh sooner, as it would have saved me considerable time and hassle. For anyone purchasing a car from Carvana, I cannot stress enough the importance of having Josh’s team inspect it within the first seven days. I’ve never trusted a mechanic as I do Josh and his team. They’ve earned my lifelong patronage, and I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. If you are in the area please do yourself a favor and get your car serviced by Josh and his team here at European House for Imports. I came in with a transmission issue on my Corolla, Josh had it identified in no time but unfortunately the piece was on backorder. He was upfront about it the whole time, called all over the area trying to find the part and even took extra time to brainstorm other options with me. Sadly we were not able to find the part due to my tight schedule, but I still left feeling grateful and like I had a real understanding of the situation. The reason I choose this business originally is because they use the cost of diagnostics towards any repairs they do which is very uncommon in this area, and despite this they did not mark up the price for the work to compensate for that. I know because I called 7 other mechanics in the area and they all quoted me more than European House for Imports did. All in all Josh is a great person and mechanic and I would trust him with any of my vehicles.

I was lucky to come across an honest mechanic (Josh) when my daughter got into an accident while I was across the country. Josh went above and beyond, providing a bid for the totaled car and assisting us in finding a replacement vehicle. Despite it not being his responsibility, he selflessly aided us. This boutique repair shop goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and is a true treasure! Josh and his team have been looking after our cars for 6+ years. I recently got my brakes done here and they got me in and out very quickly. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything that I didn’t need like the dealership was doing and they also showed me that I didn’t need some services that the dealer said I needed.
