European Collision Center made the process of fixing my Tesla incredibly easy! They handled the insurance claim seamlessly, and their communication was top-notch. They provided a clear explanation of the quote and the work involved, and the quality of the repair was amazing. Plus, the team was super friendly. Highly recommend!

Having to deal with damage on your car is never fun, much less when it's brand new. Kenneth worked with us and kept us in the loop throughout the entire repair process. We really appreciated his transparency and responsiveness with our questions, as well as his flexibility accommodating our requests. The team did a great job repairing the damage on our car; it feels like nothing ever happened to it! I hope to not need European Collision again soon, but if I do I know it's in good hands, especially if Kenneth is involved.

Don’t trust this shop with repairs even though this place is certified. They took the money from my insurance company and released a car that’s not safe to be on the road. Leo is not a trustworthy person who sleeps on the job and does very minimal, enough to collect a paycheck. He charged my insurance without performing the actual work. Have your vehicle reinspected somewhere else. Be aware!

My overall experience was good. Daniel was helpful, front desk was helpful as well. Everyone I had an interaction with was nice and professional. I think a little more communication will help. I had to call or email them and request updates on my car repairs. The work was done well and the timeline expectations were ok. Thank you so much for your help. I have been using European Collision Center for many years now. With my Mercedes(s) first and now with Tesla. I can't stress enough how GREAT these guys are. The two owners are a pleasure to deal with, although I mostly interact with Dennis (whom I consider a friend now). Keep the good work guys!

Stay away- they accept cars, let them sit for an entire month without proper communication and then refuse to fix. On top of that returned VERY DIRTY top to bottom with windows open. No reimbursement. Unbelievable! Our vehicle for reference: Mercedes G55, dropped of 1/22 with Sergio.

Sergio & Dennis were great to work with. I Had the bumpers of my Benz repaired and since they are a Benz authorized repair shop, Sergio was able to get genuine Benz parts to match insurance estimate based on re-conditioned parts. Friendly & timely communication, patient & trustworthy. They also handled all the work with insurance. The craftsmanship looks great and the car was shiny & clean when I picked it up. I am so glad that I came here rather than using my insurance's shop. These guys definitely exceeded my expectations & I walked out as a happy customer.

I gave two stars just because of friendly customer service but other than that The work was delayed one week after the initial appointment the job wasn't done right the first time so I have to Bring my car back to the shop for proper sealant so the water doesn't get into my car and also while the technicians were working in my trunk they damage the trunk floor mat

It's a preferred vendor by AAA. HIGHLY recommend their service. Great value fast turn around. I trust them because first time passing by I saw a lot of Benz in the shop. Later I found out that they handle Benz Audi and sometimes BMW. They are certified for Benz and in progress for Audi. Recommend
