Absolutely amazing service, the inside of the shop is very clean and neat. When I got my audi back they left it with tire shine, cleaned the break dust, vacuumed the floor mats and cleaned the exterior. They supplied pictures with every issue they found so you know they aren’t trying to get into your wallet. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a German or European car.

After our last service with them where they changed the oil I experienced a warning light. The light was actually from another issue not related to their work however I routinely checked the oil as a precaution and found it almost 3 quarts low. I filled the car with oil and waited another 500 miles to see if I had a service issue or a car issue. The oil remained fine. When I went in to talk through my concerns with the owner I never once received an apology. Instead it was a litany of how that couldn’t have happened. We’ll be using another garage from now on. I understand mistakes happen but when your business model is to refuse responsibility for them it’s a disaster waiting to happen.

Usually taking your car in is a stressful time but this team takes the stress out of my visit. They are timely and efficient in their repairs. They are a trustworthy group as well. Collin is someone who I look forward to seeing each time I visit whether for an annual check up or requested appointment. It feels good to have a friend on the other side of the desk.

What else is there to say about EAG besides they provide amazing service! They have treated me with nothing but respect. They took the time to explain what is wrong and what needs to be done immediately and even helped prioritize work that needed to be done. No pushy advisor trying to make me spend money that did not need to be spent. I always felt that EAG had my best of interest in mind. If you are looking for a shop to service you European toy go visit EAG and ask for Colin. I promise you wont be sorry.

Absolutely love this auto shop. Was recommended to come here when I bought a 2015 Mini Cooper. They took EXCELLENT care of my car and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. The staff is so friendly and genuinely care about their customers. Collin is our guy specifically. He's really awesome and always makes sure to give us as much information as he can. This Mini cooper is my first car and I was really worried the first time she went into the shop because she's my little baby now. I called and asked so many questions, pretty much bombarding him with questions because Im still learning. He was so patient and made sure to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. This shop is great and I definitely recommend!!

My battery went bad and I was afraid if I turned it off, I wouldn’t be able to get it back on. I dropped my car off on a Sunday night without an appointment and they took care of it as well as changed my oil on Monday morning. Now that is service!!

Very professional during scheduling, checkin and checkout. Up front about cost of service. Like the new text based estimates. Liked the details provided by the 50 point inspection and cost of additional services. Very knowledgeable service tech Colin that provided good input for future service.

Collin and his team completed a pre-purchase inspection for me during an out of state vehicle purchase. The team was easy to work with and fit me into their schedule in an incredibly timely fashion. You can tell they love cars and truly have a passion for their work along with the industry knowledge to support the process. While I have not had any in depth mechanical work completed, they came highly recommended from local residents who have worked with them extensively.

Took my Land Rover LR4 To have the tie rods replaced and tire rotation. There was supposed to be an alignment done as well (was on the receipt I was given) I was charged $200 for an alignment I did not receive. I attached the New alignment photo I had to get from a competitor, to drive the car after repeated attempts to text Collin at EAG about the offset steering wheel etc. I looked under the car at the new tie rods after it drove so bad, and found the singe bolt on the passenger side tie rod, not even hand tight. I think EAG should refund me for the alignment they did not do on my car. Pictures showing before and after of the alignment. Pretty clear they threw parts on the car and sent me on my way. Probably because they hate Land Rovers. Still no way to treat a good customer. I won’t be taking my Daughters BMW there either. Collin, Call me if you want to make this right. Very positive experience. This was my initial visit with my 2015 Audi A5 Cabriolet and they didn't disappoint. Oil and Filter change, tire rotation and brake flush all at a reasonable price. Allie explained everything that was done, gave me a printout with prices of the future maintenance items I should consider, and all was completed while I waited. The facility is large, easy to get to, and first rate. I would highly recommend. I'll be going back.
