I highly recommend the European Auto Care because they are honest and fair. They saved me twice during two years by finding problems with my Mercedes Benz that was covered by the manufacturer warranty. I did not even know that those problems were under warranty. The European Auto Care techs always look out for my best interests. For example, for two car failures needed to get my car back on the roads, the repairs worth of several thousand dollars were free because the European Auto Car suggested that I go to dealer and the dealership agreed it was their work to sort out. This is all thanks to the European Auto Care knowledgeable expertise in trouble shooting. In both cases, the dealership kept telling me that my car problems cannot be duplicated and have no underlying reason. It took me three service appointments with my dealership and they could not find anything wrong with the car. However, the European Auto Care was able to find problem in one hour appointment. The European Auto Care saved me from spending a lot of money of fixing the issue out of my pocket by giving me the diagnosis which then the dealership was able to duplicate. I think that the European Auto Care has better techs than the official Mercedes Benz dealership. Also, the European Auto Care charged me zero dollars for the troubleshooting. The reality is that so many auto shops see a girl and take advantage of people like me who knows how to drive a vehicle but nothing more. The other shops turn to narrating the cautionary horror stories and framing themselves as the heros to fix the problem while making a lot of money. However, I found that The European Auto Care is a gift from God to auto owners with their rare and fair business philosophy and look out for your best interests. I feel that I got lucky that I found them. I drive from the Camp Pendleton area to make sure my car gets the best care with the European Auto Care.

I have an "older" mini cooper. The folks at European Auto Care were awesome! Had an oil leak, and a few other issues, but they fixed it, and fixed it quickly. The prices, I felt, were very reasonable for the time it took to do these repairs. Special thanks to George for taking such good care of "my baby!". I highly recommend these folks!

European Auto Care has helped me several times in the past couple of years. I have an older 2003 Toyota Carolla. Recently, my “check engine” light came on so I took it in. As usual, they were very professional, reasonably priced and got me safely back on the road in no time. I highly recommend European Auto Care for all your car needs.

My Volvo required some major work and diagnosis. George and staff were very thorough and patience with all my questions. Work was done on time and the cost was fair. They also helped me about buying a used car from a car broker and what questions to ask. I have and would recommend EAC to anyone.

Excellent work. Very knowledgeable about what my car needed --and more importantly -- what my car doesn't need. I would highly recommend this shop to seniors like me who need all the help we can get. Maybe the shop should be named "European Auto Care and All Others" since I have a Toyota Prius.

A few months ago, the fuel pump on my BMW went out, so I took it to European Auto Care. They did a great job of diagnosing and repairing the vehicle promptly. All of the employees were very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.

I've been a customer of European Autocare for more than two decades. During that time, George and his team have serviced four of my German vehicles. In every case we've had great service at a reasonable price. In one instance, we experienced a leak in a vacuum line that was difficult to isolate and repair. George honored the original estimate and spent the necessary time to make sure the leak was fixed permanently. Over the years I've recommended European Autocare to several individuals who are now also happy customers. Everyone I've ever spoken with has nothing but the highest praise for George and his team.

The best auto repair shop that I have ever been to. They are honest and helpful, and their mechanics are good. George, the owner, has had this business for many years, and he runs an excellent business. You will not be overcharged, nor told to repair anything that does not need repair. Their price is totally fair, and way below the dealership, so skip the dealership and you will get much better results, at a much lower price! European Auto Care is the place to go, we keep it in the family as my daughter has been a client also.

I have been having trouble over the past year with my car and dealing with my car battery and it not starting up. I had the issue happen again and my car needed to be towed. The tow driver recommended George’s company opposed to going to the dealership. I could not be more grateful for the driver’s recommendation…George and his team are phenomenal, great communication, amazing prices, trustworthy, honest, and he got my car fixed and back to me in less than 48 hours! When I picked it up George handed me back my keys himself and welcomed me with a smile. He has gained another lifetime customer!!!
