I needed a repair to my sunroof button on a Mercedes Benz. Mercedes was gonna charge me $650. These guys fixed my sunroof in 15 minutes and only charged a fraction of a fraction. I’m grateful.

I took my vehicle here and might I say, smh! Brought it in for one thing that cost $2800, got it back doing the same thing I brought it in for. Took it back and they tell me it could be this. So I let them look at it again spend $1000 on something else. Got my car back WORST than I gave it to them. Take it back and they named a piece that has nothing to do with the problem (they didn't know I too work on my own car sometimes, this problem was just to big). I tell them hey look again because that has nothing to do with the problem. They come back with a $6k problem now lol I can’t make this up. I said yano give me my car back because y’all playing with me at this point. I get a call before I go to get my car back and they tell me “hey I just saved you a lot of money. This piece was just disconnected so we put it together, I could just charged you for the ($6k) part/labor and that wouldn’t have fixed the problem because it was just disconnected, you should give me a good review since I save you money” meanwhile my engine light still on and my car isn’t still messed up with the original issue lol I also over heard the front desk guy on the phone with a lady whos engine locked up on her after she got her car back and he said “if it locked up from something we did we will take care of it. now we all know the reason her car locked up they’re going to say it wasn’t their fault. Smh lol why can’t companies genuinely fix the problem or say hey man we can’t fix that so we don’t want to waste your time and money.

So I called in on New Years day because I had a emergency situation and I did look online to see who was open today since a lot of businesses open on New years. The guy answers the phone and proceeded to be rude because how dare I call him today. Well if you are not open simply don't answer the phone or explain that you are closed but they would be happy to help me when they do open. Don't know how they operate as a mechanic but I get the chance to find out with that unneccesary attitude.

Absolutely gem of a find. They replaced a knock sensor for $250 that Hendrick VW wanted to charge me $1500 for and that was *if* they could find a VW branded part. Ed and the guys found one immediately and got everything running perfectly. They have my business from now on.

Dishonest and Deceptive Pricing – Stay Away! I called this business in the morning, provided all the necessary details about my car, and was clearly quoted a price of $300. Trusting their word, I sent my son over to get the job done. However, once he arrived, they shockingly handed him a bill for $500—a full $200 more than what was originally promised! This is blatant bait-and-switch behavior. I was explicit about the car type and requirements over the phone, so there is absolutely no excuse for such a drastic price hike once the work was done. It’s clear that they lure customers in with low quotes, only to inflate the bill later. If you value honesty and transparency, avoid this place at all costs. These people are cheats, and I wouldn’t trust them with any business again. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for services.

Edward rocks!! First time visit and couldn’t have left happier. He was kind, welcoming and quick to resolve my car issue. I know very little about cars, so when my car alerted me of low engine oil, I quickly googled for the closest bmw auto shop. Edward recommended I take my car back to where I got my oil changed, but since that was a 30 min drive, he immediately helped me and filled my engine oil for no charge at all. Definitely will return for any future car repairs. Thank you!

Excellent experience! Edward was informative and kept me apprised of the status of my car. Appointment process was simple and my car was taken back early. Impressive, clean garage which gave me confidence in my decision to take my car to European Auto Care. Mechanics seemed to genuinely enjoy working there - great sign! As my Mercedes ages out of its covered warranty, I feel confident they will be there to keep my car running smoothly.

Managed to retrieve a valued object from an inaccessible space under the Q5 driver seat within a couple of hours and couple hundred dollars. Great job! Would have likely cost me 3x at dealer.

Definitely recommend any and everyone to this European Car Place for any repair needed. They had a time fixing my Volvo but they got it done. Even gave me a loaner car. IV decided that this will be my permanent car repair place. They are awesome and stands on business. I'm satisfied

Not a reliable Pre purchase inspection place, took land rover discovery 2 there for inspection as I wasn’t able to inspect myself (different city purchase ) technician missed so many issues with the engine, I believe he did not actually perform the inspection as there is no way an ASE certified mechanic would miss head gasket leak, power steering massive leak, several coolant leaks among other, have fixed all of that myself and the car is sling fine now but I could have negotiated the price down at least 2000usd. Mechanic had an Easter European accent.

These guys definitely have experience with European sports cars. They changed the oil in my 2013 Porsche 911 C4S and even took time to show me the underside of the car, explain what issues to look for, etc… Hopefully I don’t need too many repair services, but when I do, I’m definitely calling these guys.

These guys do a great job at a great price. First, we had an oil change done, and then our BMW air ride suspension air bags went out. They did a great job and were able to beat the price of the dealership.

2013 GLK350 Fuel Pump Leak Quoted price - $651 Price paid w/ discount - $514 Time in shop - 2 days Diagnosed and part order day 1, install day 2. They replaced the pump, cleaned up where the fuel leaked, wiped down the seats, and even filled my tires. 🤟🏼

Experienced and knowledgeable techs. Decent prices and excellent customer service. A young man at the front desk called Albi provided world class customer service. Many thanks to him. I highly recommend this place. They fixed my Rover Sport. Had taken it to Driver's Edge and they couldn't narrow down which part needed replacement from error codes P2189 and P2187. Tech's at European Auto Care were able to figure this out immediately.

Great help from the shop. Bought a new to me car and had issues a few months later. This shop does great quality work and they’re pretty fast to get me back on the road. Waiting on Mini Cooper parts may be a bit slow but that’s just the parts provider. Overall amazing mechanics and service. Will definitely visit them again if my mini decides to act up again.

I brought my Audi Allroad here after the dealership couldn’t figure out why my windshield washer fluid was leaking. Imi found the issue and fixed it. He also did a thorough inspection of my car and let me know of some other items that will need to be taken care of soon. I appreciate the heads up and attention to detail. They also washed my car for me which was unexpected and a super welcome surprise. I’ll definitely bring my car back here in the future to take care of the other issues Imi found, and for whatever other maintenance needs that come up.

They put remanufactured parts in your car and charge for basically a new part they only pay for the part which is 150 bucks for two motor mounts and then they charge the customer over 600 almost 700 and they make their money based on lies

They replaced the engine in my car and it worked fine, no complaints there. However, whenever anything was pending to check I had to call every time, even though they would always say they would call me, I called them for weeks for follow ups, whenever their deadlines were met they won't call me to push the date but I would need to call them every time. At last, after I finally got my car back, they left my car with a faulty AC, that was expected thought, they said I would need to take it back for the gas to be refilled, they could not fix it then because of issues with their machinery, so they would give me a call to get my car back and have the AC fixed. However, I had to call them every week to check for a good time to take my car back so their work gets completed. Their machine never worked and my car never got fixed, I got tired of waiting and calling so I had to found a fix to my problem somewhere else.
