Everything was fantastic with our ML350. I really enjoy how flawless the experience was between drop off and pickup after hours. I also love how easy to pay the bill was, how simple approving / declining extra work is. This has been by far my best experience in servicing vehicles! Would highly recommend giving them and try.

These guys are trash.. I took my panamera in to get diagnosed for a suspension issue. They claimed it was the PASM module that needed to be replaced. They said the dealership “was on back order and no ETA on part” I called the Porsche dealership after towing it back to my property, was able to order it right away. I decided to tow it back to their shop which it sat for nearly 6 months for them to “code” the suspension computer. Finally one day they said the car was ready for pick up.. Once I arrived and inspected my car there were not faults on the dash, so I went a head and paid the 3k bill. After paying and attempting to leave the shop, suspension fault popped up on the dash. I pulled it around back and the tech who worked on it said there was an internal fault on the struts which wasn’t the case because he didn’t properly connect the ground on the struts. He deleted the code.. I drove off and the brakes were making noise/car was shaking (which never was an issue prior) come to find out the car was poorly thrown back together and the driver wheel was completely loose, passenger axle was not torqued down. The wheel could have came off the car… I returned for them to fix the botched job and left it with them. After picking it up suspension codes and faults related to the PASM module which they diagnosed and “coded” for 6 months continued to give faults and my car was driving in “limp mode” the bozo tech said it was due to the struts(the same guy who cleared the codes before and after pick up) after making my point with the owner, he said that is the 12v battery which would cost $750 installed for a $200 battery and it needed to be programmed lol. Sure enough they replaced the battery to find out it wasn’t the issue. Then told me there’s nothing else they can do for my car and to come pick it up after spending $6500 on their diagnosis.. These guys are unethical and the owner doesn’t have any knowledge when it comes to vehicles. Take your business elsewhere!

Recently, I moved to the Austin area. I had problems with a check engine light on my 2012 Beetle Turbo. I went to a repair shop that my brother told me about. I had a valve and sensor replaced at a repair shop that did not have a lot of experience working on Volkswagens. The car was running fine. Then, the check engine light came on a third time. I hag gone to a VW meet up. One of the people there recommended Eurofed. I made an appointment online to have the car looked at. The tech said that they didn’t find anything wrong and they did not know of a reason why the check engine light came on. When I need any other repairs, I will certainly contact Eurofed. I would recommend them if anyone asked me where I had my car serviced.

They took care of my car and gave some more time for me to think of my next car. They fixed thr AC issue and as of now it is blowing good cold air. They are very prompt and quick. Must try place for European Cars.

I’ve been using Eurofed on my 2008 Audi TT and today (a Friday afternoon) I saw my coolant was low. They let me stop by and filled it up for free since I didn’t have time for a service and checked for any visible leaks. I am a female and I hate dealing with car problems but these guys are always so great and answer all my questions. Even when I ask the same one over and over. Small shop I know they deal with way nicer cars than mine but they treat my little car like royalty.

Everyone at Eurofed has been spectacular to work with, especially Evan. Super clear communication, ease of payment on my phone for my service, and after hours pick up was a breeze. After a couple of modifications to my Jetta turbo diesel, I needed a new fuel tune and Eurofed made it happen quickly. Now it runs super smooth with zero issue. This is a great shop.

My e89 BMW Z4 had been misfiring since I bought it earlier this year & I'd been trying to find the issue. The BMW dealership in South Austin & a BMW-only shop in San Antonio tried selling me on replacing the entire fuel tank + LPFP + all other kinds of repairs. I went to Eurofed for a 3rd opinion & they immediately told the me actual issue (HPFP) and gave me a great explanation as to why it needed replacing. They quoted me about 5 hours of labor for the repair, but fixed my car in about 2-3 hours & only charged me for that actual time, which saved me hundreds of dollars. These guys work on all kinds of exotic cars like McLarens & Ferraris, yet they still treat every car with respect & actually care about fixing your issue at a fair price rather than trying to charge for every possible thing like the dealership does. These guys are awesome and I'll only be taking my car to Eurofed from now on.

Came in for an upgraded intercooler and radiator job, and stretched to have a short shift kit thrown on as well. Evan and Jared did a standup job, were responsive and timely in answering questions. They also got me the most competitive quote out there. I'm not convinced my technician Mikhail wasn't actually 3 techs in a trench coat, because he was done with all the work in no time flat! True surgeon, and even gracefully handled aftermarket parts fitment hiccups in stride, and with quickness. Quality communication and photos during the operation, and smooth sailing after pulling away, same day. Glad to have found this team of professionals for my 23 VW Jetta GLI 6MT in South Austin.

I called Eurofed early this morning and spoke with Jared; told him the issue with warning lights for the air suspension system and a self opening sunshade. He said to bring it in for a quick look. The techs immediately took the Audi back and scanned the codes, came back and said I needed a new battery. I walked in there this morning fully expecting a $3000 charge and drove out with everything fixed for $600 with a new battery and full explanations of what that battery controls. Jared was by far the best customer facing service manager I have ever met. They have a customer as long as my wife has her Audi. Thanks Jared and the crew.
