First time allowing Eurofed to repair my Porsche. I thought it was going to be a great relationship but it was the worst experience. I brought my Cayenne into Tyler for a coolant leak he then found some other issues which cost me extra. I paid for the extra repairs. I also had an oil change done additional money. After 3 days of picking up the car which I was told I should have any more issues by Tyler and thousands of dollars my truck has oil level issues, the oil change was not done properly, how do you have to top off a car that just had an oil change these are suppose to be professionals my car still has a coolant leak problem, light came back on , the tire pressure was off etc. I can go on when I brought the car back to Eurofed with pictures he assured me it was old oil due to the oil pan not being clean and that he would pressure wash it. That was not the issue after telling him the light is on again he now states i need a water pump when he had the car for over a week and was suppose to test it. They did not apologize after it was an oversight on them and did not work with the repair cost. I did not drive the car for 2 full weeks and I was back at Eurofed with issues that were suppose to be fixed or recovered at first. I don’t recommend this repair shop and I will be filing an official complaint with consumer affairs because I feel taken advantage of as a woman.

I spoke to Tyler on the phone to bring in my 2013 RS5, communication was great. Dropping off the car was very easy and got a call same day on the repairs needed and some overdue maintenance. Tyler was able to explain the needed repairs in detail and got me out in a timely manner. The technicians took great care of my Audi and I will be retuning for future maintenance!

Daniel was highly instrumental in promptly scheduling my vehicle to be brought in and diagnosed.He posseses such an enviable high level of professional decorum.In minutes he discovered that my floor mat was stucked under the accelerating pedal preventing it from the from accelerating well.I sincerely appreciate his acts of professionalism.Thank you

I switched fom Rocco's to Eurofed Mid-town last year because the quality customer service provided by Kesseye, Arron in the office and knowledgeable techs like Layne. I drive a late model 2005 230C Kompressor and have decided to keep it. The crew has counseled me on what repairs/service I will need in the future to keep the vehicle running optimally. As a retiree on a fixed income, I appreciate them working with me.

I’ve been taking both our Audi and Range Rover to Eurofed for routine maintenance the past several service routines and I couldn’t be happier with the outcomes. Their team is incredibly responsive, honest on what needs to be addressed, fiscally conscious, and very genuine in their approach. I’d definitely recommend them as a better alternative to the dealership.

I went to Eurofed to have my brakes replaced on my 2022 Porsche Cayenne after Eurofed was recommended to me by my boyfriend’s friend., albeit the Alpharetta location. Initially everything was good, appointment scheduled and Tyler was very courteous and helpful. On the day of service everything seemed to be going well and also received a discount/special promotion on my service costs. I pick up my truck and notice squealing noises. It was explained that when replacing Porsche brakes, that’s typical, but it should improve after a few days, if not they would be replaced with warranty. A few weeks go by and the squealing noise is worst. It sounds as if the brakes were never replaced to be honest. Took my truck back and they applied no squeal. That helped for a day and the sound was back.. then I was told I need to drive for a 100 miles with no squeal to be able bring back for replacement. I scheduled a replacement service appointment and the day of, I called to confirm my appointment was set and I wasn’t on the schedule. Then it was explained all the parts weren’t there. I made notes that I would be rescheduled when the parts arrived. Finally on Jan 17th after 2 months, my brakes were properly replaced and so far so good and no squeal noise. I want to give Eurofed the benefit of the doubt that they weren’t trying to get over on me. I really felt like my brakes weren’t replaced the first time and it sounded like they needed replacing but they just reset the sensor. That was frustrating to go through after spending over $2300 for service! I will likely go to the Alpharetta location going forward to see if my experience is better. I feel I’m due a refund for my troubles as well. I gave 3 stars because Tyler was always courteous and stayed in contact with me.

Review for Eurofed – Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Intimidating My experience with Eurofed has been nothing short of a nightmare, especially dealing with Tyler and his unprofessional behavior. I was initially told that my car door would be fixed in four days, but it’s now been almost TWO WEEKS, and my car is still not ready. Tyler has lied to me repeatedly and shown zero accountability for the delay. To make matters worse, Tyler admitted that his "jerk boss" told him to call me about removing the honest review I previously left. Instead of focusing on fixing my car or providing proper service, their priority seems to be covering up bad reviews. Tyler even called his boss, clearly aggravated, to discuss how to pressure me into taking the review down. It’s obvious this shop cares more about protecting their reputation than actually doing the work they’re paid for. This behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable. I will not be intimidated into silence. In fact, I am now considering pursuing legal action due to their deceitful practices and mishandling of my situation. Save yourself the stress and avoid Eurofed at all costs. Their dishonesty and lack of respect for their customers is beyond belief. I’m disappointed in Dillan because he promised that the car would be ready as well.

Tyler is the Worst! "I had a very disappointing experience with Eurofed. Not only were their prices extremely high, but the quality of service was far from what I expected. They actually broke my front car door during service, kept my car for two days, and still didn’t fix the issue. After repeated attempts to get it resolved, I'm left feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's frustrating to pay a premium and not get a good outcome, especially when they don’t seem to take responsibility for their mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend Eurofed if you’re looking for quality service, fair pricing, or timely repairs." This service is terrible, they have since tried to repaint my door. They mentioned it would be ready in 4 days and it has been almost 2 weeks. Dillan and Tyler the entire team are liars.

Base off my experience I don’t trust them anymore not even with the smallest things like an oil change. I have at least 4years of experience so I dealt with the changes in management unqualified/ lack of experience & unknowledgeable mechanics overpriced and mishaps on Eurofeds part.

I got a timing belt changed, oil change, and thermostat replaced. The thermostat took longer than expected but the tech made sure it was down right even if it had to be redone (the seal leaked the first time) once before sending it out to me.

I went to this location to get an alignment done on my BMW. Despite there being a problem with the adjustment bolt, the technician took their time to make sure it was done right. The service advisers there are also open to all questions and knowledgable in giving advice.

Once again, I had a fantastic experience working with Justin over at Eurofed Chamblee. He went out of his way to ensure the right parts fit my Audi. Drake and team did an excellent job installing and replacing drivebelt, water pump, control arms and oil pan to ensure there were no leaks. The service was fast, the quality of the work was top-notch. As always, I appreciate the clear communication throughout the process and that these folks do not try to upsell unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend you visit them as all their work is backed up by a warrantee. I will continue to service my vehicles here, thanks for the reliable and trustworthy service.

I was recommended this work shop through our warranty company , I took my vehicle there due to my horn not working, I was greeted by a young gentleman who spoke like he new what he was talking about and told me they need to take a look at the car for a diagnostic, he called me later that afternoon to tell me the issue, I told him I should be covered for this repair. He called me back & told me my warranty was not going to cover it, because the car has wire issues but they can fix it if I pay out of pocket. I told him to go ahead and fix it. 2 days later the horn stopped working again, I returned to Eurofed and spoke with the manager Justin. He took a look at my notes and immediately discovered that we over paid & the problem not the fuse. Justin & I spent several days speaking with the adjuster from Endurance who only wanted to refer to the original notes from the Eurofed employee, which was totally incorrect. It took several days and hours from myself & Justin going back and forth with information & images trying to prove that the was not wiring issues. It was very frustrating and painful to try & rectify notes because of an incompetent member of staff. Thanks to Justin who stayed persistent & on this case. We walked away with our horn working and covered by our warranty. Thanks again Justin !!

The guys at Eurofed were very helpful giving me a very accurate estimate. The work was done in a couple of days. Had a new exhaust system and new lowering springs installed. Everything was done very professionally and I highly recommend them! Thanks to Dylan and the Eurofed Team for their help!
