Seriously over price business I take my car there to get issue fix, they charge for diagnostic of the problem and after a week in the parking lot we find that was low fluid staring. Because they can find the issue they change all the pulley in the car, who cares we don’t pay for it costumer does. At the end I ask if fluid go out somewhere where is the leak on the steering housing they show it to me. So I pick up the car and I will go to someone else. Final I spend 2300$ for change part that don’t need to be change and I still have a steering leak. Never go there again car was in the shop for 3 weeks. Thank god I find the steering leak or I have to spend just 2000 on diagnostic. I don’t write things like this but when they rape you off about your hard sweat money, I don’t want good people to be hurt. Hope is helpful to someone. And they don’t let you test drive your Owen car after you pay the bill. I guess for a reason figure!!! Why paid for the diagnostic when you take a chance to fix part of the car that have nothing to do with the issue? totally got rob in this place

Another pleasant encounter with an automobile repair shop. Had Euro inspect electrical & replace battery in our 2008 VW Beetle, November 2022. Had to jump start again earlier this month. Took in for inspection & Euro replaced faulty battery at no charge. Good people to do business with.

Clean reliable loaners are available while your car is being serviced as well and the staff personally follows up within a few days of your service appointment to make sure that all work has been completed to your satisfaction. I have had great experiences with Euro Motorworks. I took my old car there because it was running poorly and was able to sit down with the service manager to discuss the issues. They were upfront with the cost for diagnostics and called me after to report their findings along with cost for repair (parts + labor). My car was a 16 year old x3, I was planning on replacing it, so they advised on what repairs were crucial and repairs that were advisable because there would be no added labor charge, just parts (ex replacing all coils instead of just the 2 bad because it was a high labor fee and the same whether it was 2 or all). I took my “new” car (10 year old 535d) in for regular service a few days ago and was able to sit down with service manager, Lauren, to show her it’s most recent service records. She was able to advise me on what the car was due for and what/when additional service would be required. She called me to explain that the car was due for an additional test, disclosed the cost and called me again to report the results. It needed a new battery and they were able to get it all done by the end of business. I appreciate how upfront they are about the issues, their urgency and the cost for repair. I also appreciate that they provide loaner cars, especially of that quality. The popcorn and wash coupon are a nice touch.
