I visited back in December after reading all the awesome reviews. As a female I was definitely treated with respect and they took their time and explained everything. They took good care of my range rover. They changed my oil & topped off all fluids for a reasonable price. I'll definitely make the trip from Columbia again for future repairs. I had a small oil leak, but noticed that the underbody of my Mercedes GL350 BlueTec, showed signs of oil residue. I immediately took my car to EuroCars. They were able to diagnose the problem the same day even though I did not have an appointment and completed repairs the next day!

I had replaced the coils and plugs on my 2013 MB GL 450 but was still getting the CEL. I took it to EC Southend because Dillon had helped me research and figure out a tricky electrical issue. He helped me without any prior history with the shop. I just stopped by hoping they could give me some advice and Dillon got on the forums and solved my problem. In any case, I had my GL 450 towed to their shop to figure out my CEL problem. They got me in and a day later got it back to me. The issue was simple and they provided the simple fix. I am sure the MB dealer would have would have taken the opportunity to provide a complex and costly fix to a simple problem. These guys are straight shooters and do great work. They are car guys who enjoy helping car people.

2013 S550 had problems trying to figure out why car was making a noise on the front end also experience car not wanting to accurate couldn't figure out the problems due to no check engine light. Alex and his crew took the time to drive the car look over it many of time to pin point the problem without guessing and just throwing parts that wasn't needed. Great to say problem is sloved and recommend 100% for service I will forever bring my cars to them check them out the best benz shop and other vehicles in town. Must I say customer service and communication was extremely great.

EuroCars Southend saved me $7k dollars by fixing a hose to the turbocharger in my 2012 BMW X5 vs. replacing the turbocharger as recommended by the dealer. And they did not charge me a penny to do so! I will be taking my car to them for all future services.

Alex and Dillion were fantastic! I’m always a bit hesitant taking my exotic to a shop for the first time, but these guys exceeded all expectations. They handled my MC with care, giving it a fresh oil change and suspension calibration. Now it’s back on the road and running perfectly!

Bringing my car to Euro Car Southend feeling discouraged after dealing with several issues. From the moment I walked into the building; I had a strong sense I was in good hands. Everything at Euro Cars Southend is done with precision. Scheduling your appointment, timely evaluation of your vehicles status allows for the Estimated repair cost to be precise with regard to cost and time required to complete the necessary Repairs. You will notice the environment is peaceful, orderly, and amazingly clean. This Spartan environment is maintained throughout the facility. The repair shop is amazingly clean and orderly. Your vehicle is in excellent hands and will be completed timely and operating beyond your expectations.

I fixed my Mercedes Benz E350 wheel bearings here. They had accurately diagnosed the real issue and fixed and my car is running very smooth now. Highly recommend if you drive foreign car

I had the pleasure of working with Euro Cars Southend for an oil change and DEF top off. I was very impressed by their very clean and organized shop. I was also informed that a small amount of DEF spilled during the top off (no big deal, stuff happens) but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They provided and exterior wash to make sure it was just as clean as it was when it came in. I’m a satisfied customer, I’ll be back for sure. 11/21/2024 Update - I'm still a very satisfied Euro Cars Southend customer. I've continued to bring my Range Rover to them for routine service and repairs. The entire staff is friendly, they keep me updated on the progress of the service and have a very reliable turnaround.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this shop is so professional with such a nice staff working! They took excellent care of my car, with a full review of what I should look out for. They gave me a goodie bag, I even tried to tip but they said no thank you! (rarely happens). Ive owned several german cars, it’s not easy finding good honest mechanics. I moved to NC from Florida, so I was worried about finding a good shop here. Don’t even think about it, just choose this shop! -Austin Potts : Mercedes C300 4Matic.

If you have a problem with your car and looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional and honest, these are the people you should come to. I dropped my son’s 1998 BMW at their facility, and after a thorough diagnosis they were able to find the problem, fix it and they made a detailed report of the job and outlined other thing that needs attention and to put the cherry on the cake they told me it was on the house because my company is a repeat customer to them. So knowledge, professionalism and honesty at its best, that’s how they got hundreds of 5 Stars reviews. Check them out.

I took my vehicle to Euro Cars Southend for replacing bulbs in GLK350.. Awesome service and great place! I reached for my wallet to pay for the service and was told no "Charge" the service performed for on them.. I was left speechless and walked out with a Big Smile 😀 😄!

These guys are tops at their experience and knowledge. My MB SL550 is 17 years old. They just replaced 4 sensors and it is now running like a new car. (Talk about power!!!) They are pleasant and explain all your options.
