I have used this car repair shop a couple of times each time I have been surprisingly satisfied. The first time I had gone to them another mechanic shop worked on my car & they couldn’t find out why the car was still not working. Eurasin was able to find the problem and fix it. It was mechanic error. I do suggest anyone who needs repairs should go to this location see Chris. Thanks Lesley

I value their honesty, pricing and effort to identify the squeaking sound when the car is in reverse in the a.m. While the exact cause was not identified they took time to be certain my breaks are fine. They oiled all components and as of now the sound has stopped. I was encouraged to bring car back if sound continues.

This was my first visit to Eurasian. I took our KIA Sorento to the location on I35. I really appreciated how Roger explained what was going on with the transmission and what they could do. He took his time in educating me with his knowledge. A totally different experience which I encountered at a dealership which was so sad. It’s nice to find a business like Eurasian and pleased with the outcome and the service provided.

"Eurasian Auto repair is one, if not THE best car repair centers in San Antonio. Their workmanship is great and professional, they look for the smallest detail and keep you informed about your vehicle and it's progress. They are able to do 'dealership' quality work at half the price. I have taken my vehicles there for many years and they have never failed to deliver first class repairs at a fraction of what other repair centers charge to include Dealerships.

After a nightmare experience at a nearby auto repair. I took our company truck, a '21 Chevy Silverado, to Eurasian Auto Repair. Rob and his crew did an excellent job of assessing the damage done and gave great suggestions on how to move forward. They saved me money and time. It was refreshing to find excellent customer service. I highly recommend Eurasian for your car or truck repair.

As is my experience with these folks over the last 25 years, they do things right. Particularly in the diagnosis- don’t waste time fiddling with repair facilities that just slap parts on and pray it solves the issue- take your vehicle somewhere that has the expertise and equipment to get it right the first time. I have a 2011 Mini Cooper that needed to have the Steering Wheel angle sensor programmed. I had tried a couple shops that claimed to be 'Mini specialist' and they turned me away without even looking at the car. The gentlemen at Eurasian said that they would attempt to program it. I dropped the car off, they were extremely professional and set a clear expectation of what I could expect. The car is now programmed and works perfect. I highly recommend these guys for your car maintenance!

My BMW 3-series had a catastrophic engine failure while I was visiting San Antonio (I had driven from Colorado Springs.) I selected to have it towed to Eurasian Auto Repair based on their positive Google reviews. The diagnosis for my car was not great--but Rob and his team made a really difficult situation a bit more tolerable because of their patience, kindness and clear communication. I ended up donating my car to Texas Public Radio, and they were totally okay with leaving the car on their lot until it could be towed. I really can't say enough about the kindness and professionalism of this entire team. The shop is immaculate also. Go there--there are a great team!!

My automatic car would not shift properly. It would not use first or second gear, only 3rd and above. After almost a week of "looking at it", this shop quoted me over $4000 to replace the transmission. Went to another shop and they replaced a single solenoid and also gave me a new filter and fluid for less than $300 all in. All they had to do was drop the pan. Now I keep getting marketing emails from this shop which just keeps reminding me of the bad experience I had with them. I understand not being a transmission specific shop and not having the right tools. But it would have been nice to have been referred to another shop that was more capable of diagnosing the issue instead of being dishonest and telling me the only fix is a new transmission.
