This shop is the best. I was in an accident on the cross town a few weeks ago. It took a very long time for the tow truck to come get me. It was really late when I reached out to one of the owners, Rick Fernandez. He met me at the shop late on a Friday night to take care of me. These guys are old Tampa, honest and hard working..They went out of their way to accommodate me...cannot ask for more! Thank you Rick and Ernie!

I highly recommend this auto body shop to whomever. Five Stars and then some for Eur-Am Auto and Ernie Fernandez and his brother Rick – owners of Eur-Am Auto. My son has a 2018 Subaru Legacy in excellent mechanical condition that he will be driving until June when he sells it to move north for a new job where he won’t need a car (welcome to the Big Apple). HOWEVER, backing out of a parking space a few months ago, the front bumper cover caught on the parking stanchion and pulled the bumper out of alignment. He had a quick fix some months back when a mechanic could snap the bumper cover back in place...but like all things with age and wear the bumper cover started to pull away from it’s clips. I am new to town and did a bit of research and Eur-Am was close to where we were that afternoon and there were (for good reason) rave reviews. We went to Eur-Am near closing on Thursday and I thought (what do I know) that fifteen minutes and a kind and patient owner would give me quick estimate. Instead, Ernie spent a few moments on hands and knees examining the bumper cover from underneath and then a half hour explaining the way in which the bumper cover might be fixed – from replacing a few plastic clips to hold the cover on, to replacing the bumper cover altogether, and the primer and paint process that might be required. With model and VIN number in hand he showed me the computer software rendering of the bumper cover and layers beneath and the parts that might be necessary. Next morning he hunted down the availability of Subaru parts – not expensive but there is still a supply problem (he called it “sketchy”) for Subaru parts. And then, most honestly, he advised that since my son would be selling the car soon we’d be just as well off NOT fixing the bumper (and incurring not only the expense of repair but the expense of a rental car and the inconvenience of time lost in the process) as he guessed that bumper cover repaired or not we might still get the same offer from an eager CarGuru or CarMax dealer. I can’t speak to the work in repair (but it would appear any number of MB and Audi cars were on the lot in some sort of disassembly) but I can speak to his (and Eur-Am’s corporate) integrity. Five stars and then some!

Ernie is a great guy and honest. He took good care of us and our car. Most importantly, the car looks new again and came in under estimate. But Ernie also helped us through the claims and repair steps, taking a lot of the pain out of the process. I learned about the industry as he took time to explain what to expect, what would be done, possible issues and ways to minimize costs.

If you want a no-hassle professional car repair, then look no further! Ernie was extremely professional and kept me in the loop while he was ordering my parts. It was done in less than 3 days and the repair was perfect! They are extremely professional and do excellent work! He was concerned about me from the start. He said that the last place you want to be is getting your car repaired but he would make it as good of an experience as possible. Well they did! My neighbor backed into my car so his insurance company covered the cost but I looked at the price and I expected it would've have been more. Great customer service, excellent professionalism, fast service, quality work, affordable price! No need to go anywhere else! If I ever need a body shop again I won't hesitate to use Eur-Am again. Thank you Ernie!!

There are but a handful of 5Star shops, EurAm is one. Worked Tampa Bay as a collision damage independent appraiser the past 25 years. Never a customer complaint received for this shop.

Unfortunately (LOL) I have had the pleasure of utilizing the Eur Am Body Shop at least 5 times (not all my fault :) ) I have been extremely impressed with the outcome of each car. The professionalism of both Fernandez brothers is top notch. They keep you well informed throughout the job. I have personally recommended them to friends & family and have had no regrets!

I've taken my BMW in twice to have my rear bumper replaced. They've done an excellent job each time. Ernie was extremely helpful in assisting me with the car rental pick up when I dropped my car off. Excellent customer service and outstanding job! Highly recommended.

Rick and Ernie do great work and are honest. We use them for any damages we have with Mister Carwash. They have actually fix botched jobs from other bodyshops we used in the past. These are the go to guys no matter how big or small a job you have.

Would not recommend this place. The owner is terrible with following up with the status of your vehicle. Not only that, they do not go by the schedule date of when they will finish up with your vehicle. We would never go back for any future repairs.
