I called looking for some help and I was literally across the street. I asked if someone would please help me with a quick jump. The guy tells me it's $40 or whatever. So much for being community minded. There are many area shops but eta isnt worried about standing out. I understand running a business but this was a 10 min investment for more possible future business. I'm homeless so $40 is a big deal. It's ok oreilly came thru.

I trust a mosquito more than this shop. I went to 3 shops who all told me they couldn't help with what I needed and went on about my day without paying a penny. I waited over 3 and a half hours for them to simply look at my exhaust and when they were done, they told me they couldn't repair my vehicle. This is the first mechanic shop I've been to where they tried charging me for telling me they can't do anything, and only tell me they were going to charge me after they looked at it. Not only that, the degrading and nasty attitude Amir had with me over the phone was nothing I've experienced with any other mechanic. You can’t do anything to my car that I didn’t ask you to do and then expect me to pay for it.

This past year I went to have them replace my AC. They completely tore up my dashboard, I regret not saying anything as I left. They charged me an arm and a leg in addition to ruining it. I won’t be coming back.

They are beyond fantastic. I have been going to them for years. I now have my daughter and grandchildren going there. They are honest and will work with you. When they give you an estimate they stick to it unless something arises but they will call you first to let you know.

Took my vehicle for repairs. I got a used motor by the 3rd month the belt wheel fell off. For the price they charge to fix things they should have done a better job.

Honest, Fair prices and family owned! We've been coming to E.T.A. since they 1st started in deer park. We bring all our cars for all our repairs, oil changes, inspections, and we've referred them more times than I can count. They will never tell you that you need something when you don't! They're very honest and I appreciate that about this place as well as they work hard for your business! In a world full chain stores, stop and try local owned businesses where it really makes a difference!
