I was referred to Essential Auto Care from a buddy of mine said they do good work get it right the first time. Everyone I referred over to Essential Auto Care has no complaints so I referred all my friends and family to them. Mark and Terry are very honest there not going to mislead you like these other mechanics that are out there will tell you it's one thing then come up with 50 million more issues to fix. And they don't sabotage your vehicle so you have to keep coming back. The mechanics that work for Essential Auto care are reliable, timely service don't have to wait for days to get your car back . They have fair pricing and will do whatever it takes to find the parts and diagnose and the fix the problem. Very people friendly and always explain what's wrong and how to fix it. I highly recommend if you have a problem with your car to go to Essential Auto Care that's where they get the job done I feel confident in the repairs and know at the end of the day there not going to rip me off.

I went to Autozone and a man at the counter told me to check out Essential Auto Care on Boulder Highway and he said they do good service, fair pricing and fast service. Well me being a woman and woman being taken advantage of I thought i would give it a try. So 2 years later i keep going to the same mechanic Mark and Terry are Amazing they dont just tell me what the problem is like other mechanics and say this is how much its going to cost. They take me out there show me the problem and explain in deatail what needs to be done to fix the problem. So it doesnt happen again its not because they dont do good work its because my car is old. They do an AMAZING job and i could never see myself going to another mechanic. I had some hard times and wasnt able to pay and they let me make payments and still fixed my car so i could get to work. So Mark and Terry are amazing all the mechanics that work at Essential Auto Care are amazing its like one big Happy Family .

My QX 50 Infiniti would start and turn off I did not know what was wrong with it. I took it in to the shop and Mark and his team were very helpful they did find out what was wrong with my car and they kept me in the loop every step of the way to what they were doing. Come to find out it was my turbo charge. I would highly recommend they are pleasant great customer service and very honest which you don’t get all the time especially when you’re a female.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. This place has been nothing but a complete nightmare for me and my family. If you want pieces stolen off your car and new problems that never existed before going to this shop be my guest. Also, you will be waiting for your car for WEEKS/MONTHS to be repaired! This place should be shut down and I will do everything in my power to make sure of that! From what I hear the shop is already set to be shut down/SOLD. Do your selves a favor and RUN away from this place. The price is cheap for a reason. Also another customer who has been sick in the hospital mentioned he waited 6months for his car to be fixed and then when he finally picked it up he saw they had broke his door! smh do better! GOD BLESS YOU ALL! Also enough with the FAKE REVIEWS!

My car came out way worst than when I took it there ORIGINALLY. I had to bring my car back 4 different times because of issues they caused. My car has been there for weeks, just for it to breakdown a BLOCK away from the shop after being told we fixed your car and there are no more issues. Just know karma is real!

Was able to walk in and get my car battery replaced in under 30 mins on a Saturday! (I know battery replacements should be quick and easy but that’s never been my experience until now) The price was very reasonable, the shop is clean, and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

Last Saturday, I visited the shop and was warmly greeted by Victoria. Her friendliness, honesty, and ability to make me feel at ease stood out immediately. Many shops I’ve been to are staffed mostly by men, which can sometimes feel intimidating. It was such a refreshing experience to speak with a knowledgeable and approachable woman in the auto industry!

They don’t know how to install an A/C blower. It keeps rattling. They said they fixed it again and it keeps rattling. I declined repairs because this shop is ghetto, and I'm now taking vehicle to the Ford dealer to get a new A/C blower.

Would've been 5 star had they just fixed my simple break pads and rotars but couldn't even do that right. I picked up car and not even driving 5 minutes my wheel is shaking really bad. Wish I could show the video of my car tire legitimately shaking. I took it right back and they said it was because my tire was bad and need a new one (had no problems before this). Then the mechanic comes out and tells me it was actually because a bolt to tighten the rotar was loose. To top it off I had some brakes that I had bought and said to use them if possible. They didn't end using them and after a while I noticed the brakes weren't in the box. They kept the brakes I had bought and they didn't use. I went back and they had them and had I not went in they would've kept them. Long story short they are cheap compared to other shops for a reason. You get what you pay for so just spend a little more and save yourself the inconveniences.

Best Auto Shop I've been to. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Victorian at the reception is amazing! She has great personality and customer service. The first time I was here they realigned my 2006 ford ranger and the second time I was here I brought in a 1998 ford ranger that was giving me smog problems. Needles to say they were able to fix all of my problems within a day! I’m very happy that I brought my trucks here, they’re trustworthy and very very honest. I would definitely recommend them and they will be my go to. Thank you so much!

They do decent work, most of the time...they do their worst work when they've been paid up front, like thru koalifi. Mark has always been cool for the most part. Terry is bad at communicating with paying customers... and he's supposed to be running the shop.

This is by far the best shop I've been to All the employees are kind and courteous as well as helpful but to top it off Mark is very understanding and down to earth ,this place is the place to go to get real customer care .

Only had one beef about a battery, so very minor situation lol, other than that these guys are a very solid mechanic shop, very reliable and very honest about what is going on with your car and the prices are fair. they always make sure to get you right each and everytime!

This is most definitely THE BEST auto mechanic I have ever been to! Their customer service is perfect, their communication is awesome (they explained things in terms that I could actually understand), and their kindness is beyond amazing. Truly good, trustworthy people here. I will drive a great distance, if need be, to always bring my car to this shop.

I do appreciate the work that you did on my 2000 Camry. Still some bugs to work out with some of the work done, just some adjustments. However more work to be done and it’s coming right back to you guys, wouldn’t trust it with anyone else. I've used these guys for a few years now as my go to mechanic. I have three vehicles and endurance on all of them which they work with. Whenever a problem arises, they fix it and I get my vehicle back quickly and runs great. My vehicles are paid for and a little older so things do break but my warranty covers it and Essential Auto Care takes care of everything.

Best Autoshop in Vegas by far! I’ve been to a lot of autoshops in Las Vegas and this shop by far has the best customer service and the lowest prices in the whole city! I searched many places trying to get a fair deal on my needed repairs. Landed here at Essential Auto Care. Hecter, front desk supervisor, went above and beyond to help me get a great price on fixing my air conditioner, and he worked with Terry, a manager, extensively, to get me the parts at a great price. And Mark, the owner, is really nice and cares to do right too. If you looking for a fair deal, mechanics and an owner who care to get you one; and an overall place that's great in everyway for the customer ....you must come here for your repairs. Was recommended this place by a friend for replacing my brakes. Not only did they give me the best quote of all the places I checked they were fast and super friendly. Ask for Gigi he’s the man. Will be my go to place from now on.
