Value your time and money? Don't go to this shop. Literally find any other shop. Will never deal with this shop again, hopefully you avoid this place if you value your time. Speak with your money and go elsewhere. Here's my timeline after being told it would take 2 hours / 2.5 hours: 7:43 AM arrived - 3 people ahead of me (they open at 8 AM). 8:14 AM completed my order / invoice, 3rd in line for my car to be at the service bay. At this point I asked the representative how long it would take and he said "it'll take about 2 hours / 2.5 hours as you're 3rd in line". 11:37 AM my car gets taken into the bay (this is 3 hours after). 01:13 PM was told my tires are installed now waiting for the alignment (5 hours after I arrived, when my initial quote was 2 hours / 2.5 hours). 01:45 PM - car is still waiting for the aligment. 02:02 PM - after an hour for my car to get an alignment, it's in the bay for the aligment (6 hours later). 02:15 PM my car is finally ready. SIX hours later after being 3rd in line and told around 2.5 hours. All I have to say, and this is from my experience, please avoid this place. I'm sure this place isn't hurting in revenue and that's why they don't care about customer wait times. You can make a difference by NOT giving this place your business. This place sucks entirely based on wait times. The employees aren't rude per se, but the wait times make it unbearable.

Beside the Wait (an hour )to get a singular tire changed, nothing unreasonable to leave a negative review, price was fair and staff didn't give me any other issue

Not a customer but was driving alongside the Tesla Cybertruck marked with this company’s branding and this driver was on their phone, no blinkers, and was weaving into other lanes. I’m not even clear on this what this business is but the way this car marketed the company was not a good look.

Well, after 7.5 hours finally got my truck . Got here at 9:15 am , for a flat tire with a screw right at the edge of the tire . Was told that it needed to be replaced, I had purchased the insurance on all 4 tires . Renzo told me that the tire wasn’t there at the store but they had it at the warehouse and the charge was 20.00 dlls to bring it , so paid to bring it . After he called the insurance company and made the claim , and paperwork was done , I was told it should be ready by 1:00 pm , they had 12 cars in front of me already . it was fine still . BUT , they didn’t call at 1, or 2, neither 3 pm , got back there at 4 pm and it was still outside waiting . Asked how many more hours , they said maybe 1 or 2, there was still 1 car in front . So, think twice before going to this Bussines. Be prepared to stay there 8 hours for a tire replacement . Am not going back, money saved compared to discount tire is not worth the time wasted . Plus you have to pay to bring the tires from the warehouse , it doesn’t matter if you paid for the road hazard insurance . You guys drive super cars , invest in more bays, more tire technicians , and more waiting area for your customers.

Owner is very unprofessional. I drove to his store (on a spare tire!) because he said he had a part. He did not in fact have the part. When I called him to complain on the phone he was extremely dismissive and did not acknowledge his mistake or apologize. The other employees were nice though.

I first called espinos spoke to a manager and then I called again and spoke to a different gentleman The sales rep told me a certain price to mount each tire when I freaking came to do the mount he ended up changing up his mind because the boss said 120 a tire now keep in mind I have my own tires they don't have to replace nothing so there shouldn't be no taxes on labor they gives me the price of $120 each tire comes out to 240 and all of a sudden my total is $280 would never recommend anybody going here they're a bunch of crooks and liars their wait time sucks sells ribs will skip you just to get the sale from the next person when you're waiting in line they don't have nobody on the front counter this place is trash Don't waste your time people

Espino Tire & Wheel has always been great to me! Cris & Roman are the best when it comes to getting you set up right. They were even able to align my dually when others said no. Espinos is my go too for both my personal and company trucks.

First time walking into store. Ask for a 19 in rim. Chris informed: no used rims? Had spoken to another person in the day who said come on in lets see what we can do. Waited in line again and got a different person. Told him, i was looking for-a full size rim for a spare. The guy was great at his job, found a full size rim for my car, made a sale but cannot recommend espino if some one was to walk in and get chris.

Got a level and tires on my truck and they returned my truck with broken parts and missing bolts Went back to get it fixed, got there at 10 a.m and waited till they almost closed 4 p.m, they were passing everyone in front of me who were actually buying at the moment when i had spend almost 3k a week before. I got my truck and left from the shop

I don't recommen buying tires here worst place ever nothing has warranty they tell you to call manufacturer. I bought wheels and tires and they sold me the wrong size and didnt refund my money. Bad business. Good money laundering busines though they all drive half million dollar cars and live in dominion selling tires

Took my truck to have wheel sensor program they charge you ahead of time 10 minutes later ray Jr told me he couldnt program them and wouldn't refund my money. Watchout people these guys will scam you..

Very satisfied with my purchase at Espino. Great customer service, did not have to go back and fourth on pricing. Walked in at 5pm with plenty of vehicles ahead of me and they were still able to service my dully in a timely matter. Highly recommend

avoid this place at all costs. guys working the counter are rude. they agreed to do a tire swap for me over the phone. after I got there, they decided they didn't want to do it and were going to charge me twice what they quoted me on phone.

Employees do not respect customer cars. And they whip them around the property carelessly. I recommend not coming here and going to a location that hires people who respect customer cars. Lil Edgar dude was driving around ina Customers truck almost caused an accident. Below are his social media and a photo of the customer. The worst customer service, they will lie to make a sale. Went in at 11:30 am, they looked at my tires, told me they were on premises, and would be out before 3,I paid them $2700. It is now 3:30 and the tires are off my truck, and had to order tires. NEVER AGAIN!!

Waited for 3 hours to get 2 tires mounted and balanced and then as my car is about to go in to get worked on, a lil Edgar with glasses working here swings a truck through the parking lot almost hitting my car, causing the person driving my car to slam on the brakes, and then puts the truck in first when my car was obviously first

If I could leave this shop negative reviews, I would. I ordered my rims from Espino shop on April 29th 2024. They were custom rims, and I was originally told they would be delivered by mid June. The 1st time I followed up, mid June and I was told it would be a couple more weeks. I followed up again after the 4th of July holiday, and I was told they were held up because of the holiday and they were being painted and it would be mid July. Please keep in mind, not once did they reach out to me about the status. I had to reach out to them every time. The third time, I decided to stop by the shop hoping to get a better understanding of where my rims are that I have paid over 3K for. I was told that they would be shipped the following week which would've been the last week of July. I followed up AGAIN, the last week of July only to be told they would be shipping next week. My husband stopped in the shop today and he was told that not only are they not there but they haven't been machined and to check back next Wednesday. When he inquired about a refund, they told him because they were custom ordered all sales are final. This is a terrible way to do business. When I ordered these rims I was never told that it could possibly turn into longer than the original delivery date I was told. If you do not offer refunds for custom rims, then you should not require the full payment. My husband was also told that it's up to us(the customer) to follow up on the status of the rims. I was deceived everytime I followed up with them and I still have not received my rims. I would not recommendthis shop to anyone.

1. Called in to verify all 4 tires were available same day service. 2. Arrived, was told only 3 were available. 3. Returned 4 hours later, bay mechanic says tires never arrived. 4. Went inside, was told they had arrived to go speak with bay mechanic again (guy with glasses) J.... 5. Mechanic J says, those tires weren't his job to go speak to some other guy. 6. I got tired of not one consistent story and the run around. Grabbed my tires and left. 7. Called to speak to a Mgr about the experience and was on hold 13+ minutes until the voice mail came on and then hung up. 8. Thank you Espinos for the wonderful service of not one person trying to help straighten the situation. Hate leaving a low review but that's the way it happened.

Absolutely happy with my jeep modifications and how fast and professional the team was! I will be going back for more modifications soon. Chris and Renzo are awesome and the mechanics did a fantastic job ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction! So happy with the results!!! Would recommend anyone to Espino!!!

Great atmosphere, great tires, but will have to anticipate a wait. They close fairly early, so it can be inconvenient if you work during the day. Friendly with great staff.

Took my GLC300 for a windshield repair and the whole process was so smooth. Cris quickly gave me a call to discuss specifics. Dropped off my car and was it was done and in excellent condition within just a couple of hours. Always great service w/ the Espino's!

We’ve had all our vehicles tires (10x) and lifts (5x) done with Espino. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Their recommendations, installations, pricing and quick turnaround for installation are unmatched. Customer of over 10 years and won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend them to all our friends and family. You won’t be disappointed.
