My daughter goes to college in Houston and I live on the West Coast. She called me this morning while I was in a meeting. Explain to me that her front tire was flat. She went to a gas station to get air and noticed that the tire was not inflating. She knows nothing about tires and I’m trying to figure it out through a video call with her with no avail. I had her look up tire shops close to her and this shop popped up. I gave them a call and Jose picked up. I explained to him my situation and that I was a dad far away from my daughter to do much help I asked did they do any type of pull-up services being that she was about an eight minute drive from them he said they didn’t do it but for me he was going to do it because he wanted her to be safe So he pulled up Within minutes and assess that she had a hole that could not be patched up in her tire. He then put on her spare tire for her, transported her tire as she followed him to his shop, where he then Assisted my daughter in getting a new tire in about 10 minutes, she had a new tire on on top of that. He did not charge me an arm and a leg. I’ve told my daughter for her remainder of her time in Houston if she has any tire problems this is where she needs to go thank you guys so much.

Great service. They charge reasonable fee to plug a tire from nail. Update: this is my third time visiting the place. Both 2nd and 3rd times were to buy used spare tires. Experience is decent. You do the normal check on the used tires 0) call ahead of time to check inventory 1) tire spec 2) tire manufacturing year and week 3) country of manufacturing 4) confirm the price 5) confirm that they will balance the tires 6) happy customer Update in Nov 2024 Well, they do the job right but more on the expensive side. Installing a tire on a rim is $20 and if you want to balance the tire, it is another $10. I think you can get a better deal elsewhere. They quoted me $80 for a used tire made in 2016. I think it is nuts to pay $80 for an 8 years old tire. Maybe for a 4 years old but not 8. Buyer be aware.

Blessing to me and my husband we had to get air one day came to find we had nails so we back today and the manager man is God sent he patch both tires free of Charge in the mist of Hurricane Beryl we still have a good community thank you so much

These guys were AMAZING! I was in Houston yesterday with friends and as I was heading out of town, I got a nail in my tire. I googled the closest shop to me and they popped up! I am SO GLAD they did! It was POURING and storming so bad, and this guy got in the ground and got SOAKING wet to plug my tire. It was $10 bucks and he was done in like 20 minutes! They were so nice and easy to deal with!

I got both of my front tires replaced about a month ago and since I got the tires replaced, I noticed that the car had begun to shake when I go over 60, so I went ahead and had an alignment, but that still did not correct the problem , so today I had some free time and I decided to call the shop to let them know that every since I got the tires replaced the car shakes whenever I go over 60 miles. I spoke to the manager Juan, and he told me to bring the car back and he would rebalance the tires when I got there, he was in a hurry. He said he had to leave, but the other guy will go ahead and rebalance the tires, upon rebalancing the tires, He noticed that one of the tires was esp sided so he said would replace the tire and that would solve the problem, after that the guy that he told Replace the tire came and told me that they would be a $15 charge. I said $15 I’m not paying $15. Juan just told me that it would Be Replaced It was a bad tire. he said well I’m not replacing the tire and proceeded to try and put the bad tire back on my car. I said don’t put the tire back on my car. You already know it’s a bad tire so he dropped the tire and went to the next person car and begin servicing their tire. I said I have to go pick up my kids from school. Everyone ignored me and then the wife came out and act as if she did not speak English. I said please call your boss back because he said that he will fix the tire and is still not fixed back and he said said was which was what he had said initially so I said go ahead and put the bad tire back on and then I’ll just go somewhere else and never come here again, when they put the tire on I notice that it was missing one of the lugs , they said we have you on camera coming in with only four lugs. You didn’t even know that I was gonna say that. in summary, the manager did not follow up with what he had initially said and I still have the bad tire on my car. Well that is until I find a decent tire shop. Best of luck to you all.

As a single woman in a big city, you HAVE to know which shops are honest. Esco’s has never let me down. They are kind, honest and want you to be safe on the road. Anytime I have an issue with one of my tires I immediately come here. Thank you for your excellent work and for keeping me safe guys!
