Earl is a scam artist he rips you off without Vaseline worst of worst auto. Repair shophe doesn't even like to pay his worker and waste money on others matters instead and rips people off with inspiration

If there is a mechanic that knows his stuff and honest at the same time, then he is it. Take your car there and be very confident he will do his best. You won't be disappointed. Fair price charging too. He doesn't make any decisions without consulting you first.

The mechanic (who I assume is the owner) did a very good job! Fixed my car in a timely manner. The only reason why I am giving them four stars is because it is cash only. As we are becoming more of a cashless society, I would assume that this will become a burden for people with more costly repairs

Gonna go ahead and make that 10 stars... Hands down, the best experience with a mechanic in NYC. A couple of years ago, I had the fortune to break down a block away from Errol. Otherwise, I would have never found them... I unfailingly save a lot of time and money on repairs here, have always been more than satisfied with the work, and as an added bonus am treated graciously and respectfully. Take your car here. This crew is the best.

Just had my first experience with Errol and his team and can’t speak highly enough about them. I stopped by yesterday evening and he asked me to drop it off this AM at 9:30. Around 11 he gave me a call, explained the issue and gave me a super fair price. He answered all of our questions and had new calipers, rotors and break pads done by the evening. He’s a super chill and honest guy, very very highly recommend. He’s been in the same spot for 30 years!

Went in for Jeep front end work, ball joints and stabilizer links, both were installed quickly and at a good price. Did not fix 'clunk' noise or improve steering feel which was my original reason to go to a mechanic. Mostly well done, thank you.

Our vehicle broke down about 2 blocks away. The mechanics helped us get it started and drove it to their shop where they replaced the alternator and battery ends. They were honest, reasonably priced, fast and the job was professionally done. It's great to find an honest, local shop and will be back for any future auto work.

Went in having researched the likely issue with my vehicle. They independently came to the same conclusion I did and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Am very happy with their service done and would recommend them to anyone.

Errol told me car would be done on Tuesday. End of day Tuesday I received no call and no one answered their phone. Wednesday morning no one answered the phone. So I go by to get my car and I am told that I have to wait. I say I can't wait as I have work and I just want to pay and go now. Instead they block me in and refuse to take my payment. He insists that I must take off of work to go and get a rental instead and that I must pay in cash (over a $1000) if I wish to get my car. He then told me that no one is ever taking this car from his shop, "not even the president" and that this is his car now.
