They take time to inform you of what you need and most importantly WHAT YOU DON'T. They present you with options and recommendations to keep your vehicle on the road and never try to get over on you. Everyone is super professional and friendly. They are very transparent and reasonable, I always know I'm getting a fair price and great service. They also worked around my and my 39 weeks pregnant wife's schedule to ensure we got the car fixed as soon as possible. I recommend them to everyone I know. Even after moving some 30 minutes away, I never hesitate making the drive to Ernie Lee's.

I've always loved seeing Ernie Lee's for all my mechanic needs that are outside of my wheelhouse. Mr Lee always recognizes me and says hi, and I value the real quality and connection of a local small business. Unfortunately, they've lost a lot of that in the last year. Mr Lee is still a fantastic person, but their new service desk has created nothing but headaches. Talking directly to the mechanic working on my car used to clear up all miscommunications before they did actual work on my car, but the middleman system leaves much to be desired. Additionally, one of these service desk workers (Eric, maybe? - taller middle-aged man with a short, scruffy white beard that has only ever been at the service desk and may be the guy in charge there. You can figure it out. Alex, though, is always incredibly kind!!) is probably better suited to a job at Jiffy Lube or another big corporation that doesn't care as much about the customer experience. Every interaction I've had with him has been unpleasant and he never believes what I tell him. He's actually laughed in my face after telling him what a code reader was telling me about my engine. He's always been condescending and dismissive in my interactions and those my friends have had. It's incredibly disappointing that Mr Lee allows the face of his business to be so opposite of how he previously ran the service center. I hope there are major improvements that hold these core values closer!

I have also witnessed Ernie Lee’s grow with time and technology over the years, while maintaining that old fashioned courtesy and respect for its customers. Took my wife’s vehicle for tire repair right after Christmas. Screw in passenger front. Mr Lee came out and plugged tire himself within minutes of me getting there with no appointment. Top notch service as always. These folks are the best at what they do. Thanks again!
