Reds Flags were every. I did not head them. I asked on the phone " how much for an oil change?" The receptionist couldn't give an answer. I still came in. I spoke with Dan. Asked the same question. He could not answer. Why did I stay? A new employee came in to get coffee. He was stopped by Eric. Coffee is only for the customer, bring you own.The guy mumbled a reply and went into the shop. A customer named Barb came back in because they call to tell her someone left a wrench under the hood. Barb said "my oil light is still on along with my check engine light. I don't know if that has anything to do with the wrech." At this point I was wondering if I could grab my keys and go. They already had my car in a bay.when they finished they told me that I needed almost 2500.00 worth of work on my car. The car is only 4 years old. It has 20 thousand miles on it. They said I needed my tires rotated. I replied that I just bought 2 new tire and they did that then. Dan was shocked. " Oh that must be a mistake. " Next i needed new struts . I may have noticed the car bounce. Because it sits. The car does not bounce and it does not sit. I just don't drive long distance. That would cost over a thousand dollars. Back to my original question. How much for a oil change? Finally got an answer $88.00. I asked for a senior discount. They don't have them.But they put their bumper sticker on my back window. I got 5 %off. I drove home and took the bumper sticker off. $84.28 for an oil change and to be lied to. No thanks . Not again. One last thing. They said that they would give 10% off if I left a positive review. I was quoted that price. I heard a guy with Eric on his shirt say coffee is only for customers. I was offered 10% for a good review. 5% for putting a bumper sticker on my windows. I was told that I needed almost new alignment. The guy behind the counter had Dan on his shirt. Period

I was very pleased with my first experience here! I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and was told that I would need a suspension assessment as well, since the misalignment was due to hitting a pothole recently. Even though they told me there would be this additional charge, they did not end up having me pay for it on the final invoice. They called me a couple of times to keep me updated with the progress throughout the day and got everything done on time as promised. Prices were fair and the service was great!

Just had car inspected for 129 for vibrating motor. Pick up with cost estimate that included replacing a part on door that was just replaced by me. Sad to say most likely wasn't looked at all and had I gone ahead and had work done would have been ripped off! Very sad will no longer do busy with them .

Eric and his team went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle . My transmission went out in my SUV and they were very efficient, prompt and took care of everything to get me back on the road. Eric made everything so easy and smooth and did a wonderful job. I can not thank them enough. The definitely won my business for all my future car needs. Simply all around best!!!

I brought my car in for the first time today after my sister recommended them and had an amazing experience!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. They were clear about what needed to be done and price. I feel like I’ve finally found an honest and high quality shop. Plus, I got to hang out with the owner’s sweet pup named Captain while I waited. What a fantastic experience! 15/10

Brought my car in for an a/c repair and the team was able to get me in and out in the same day with everything running great. We had an issue with a Honda shop attempting repair work we'd already just had done. Eric went out of the way to meet us at the Honda Shop (30 mins out!) and diagnose the actual problem. He then got us in right away, fixed the problem, and saved us over $1000 in the process. The fact that he was willing drive to the Honda Shop and take the time to explain what was actually wrong (in a way this non-car person understood clearly) was amazing. He took a very stressful situation and made sure we felt comfortable with the next steps even offering multiple options for our comfort. I would highly recommend Eric's Master Auto Repair.

On multiple occasions I have been referred to Eric, when asking for recommendations for a mechanic. Today was my first experience. Eric’s communication was great throughout the process. I went in to have my AC repaired, but knew of another issue with my vehicle. I mentioned it to Eric, and both jobs were completed SAME DAY! Additionally, my foggy old headlights were cleaned and my tires were rotated FREE of charge. This is a stand up dude. I’m feeling really grateful to have found a company I can trust. 🤙🏼

This is a great shop: fair pricing, quality work and best yet, friendly staff. This is not a grumpy old man repair shop. I've sat here a few time and watched the team work together. From the front end to the back, these folks seem to like what they are doing, are imformative and they've treat me well every time. 5 star.

So far so Good! I've been in here several times for different repairs and such and have not had a problem. I even get emissions test here. The staff is very friendly, they are family oriented & personable. I've never had a problem asking any of the staff a question, they are always ready to answer. They've fixed problems I've had with car and I don't have anything bad to say about them. Very Professional & knowledge (All of the staff) UPDATE: Nothing has changed. They are still AWESOME!

They really care about the situation you are in and will do what they can to help you. Get to know them. You won't regret it. The loaner car service and just the knowledge that you are dealing with an honest perons are great helps. It is a family business and they treat you like family.

I needed to have my car repaired and called three repair shops and the earliest any of them could get me in was at least 6 days away. I saw Eric's shop online and there were many positive reviews. I called when they opened on Friday morning. They were able to get me in, and get my car repaired by the end of the day. They were all so friendly and transparent about every thing they were doing and what it would cost before moving forward. They came to pick me up so I could pick up my car. Every single person I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It's good to know they're there and will definitely use them again should the need arise.
