I took my car here on 2 occasions and was overcharged for repairs for the repairs not to last over 1 year. I was completely ripped off. You would expect their repairs to last long even after over 9,000 dollars in maintenance and repairs.

Never go there trust me .The mechanics are on drugs they are not knowledgeable about cars I took my car in to get repairs done and the car ended up being worse then it was before I took it in .Then they did not want to except responsibility on mistakes they made with the repairs.Save yourself time and money this is not a hoax stay away from this shop .

Was not happy. Had an exhaust leak. Eric's wanted to charge me a $125.00 diagnostic fee that was b.s. exhaust leaks require a theascope to listen. In Lou went to Lonestar Muffler got it fix in 10 minutes.no electronic diagnostics need just listen follow the exhaust and re work the bolts on the flange that came loose. Eric's has changed for The worse.Never going there again They lost one good customer.

When technician Tim dispatched by Roadside Assistant from State Farm Car Insurance failed to jump start the engine of my car on Friday, December 27, 2024, he called a tow truck to take my car to his friend's nearby repair shop, Eric Car Care Med. Ctr. to change the starter motor, which was installed on Monday the following week. Eric Car Care's manager Manny offered me a discount off the total cost of the repair job. When I picked up my car on Tuesday, I was surprised to see the total cost of $642.52 on the invoice showed a discount of only $50 as 'DIRECT MAIL OIL CHANGE COUPON'. To my great disappointment, the car engine was completely dead and unable to start after I turned the key. At first the mechanic blamed it on the battery, which I told him was only a year and a half old. After a long argument with him and Manny, he asked another mechanic to jump start the battery, which restored the power and started the engine. The mechanic and Manny advised me to drive the car home and let the engine run for at least an hour to fully restore the power. Fearful that the engine would fail to start again after being idle over the New Year holiday and would require to be towed back to the shop again, I insisted that they allow me to park the car at their parking lot over the holiday, which they finally agreed.

I only take my car to Eric’s for maintenance and annual inspection. The service is always great. The staff is friendly and on top of it. They are very thorough in explaining what is needed and why. I appreciate y’all!

I went in to get a car inspection and fix two things on my car - replacing a windshield wiper and re-installing the headlight that had been installed such that it was slightly out of its socket. I didn’t like that they didn’t honor an appointment we made. When I went into the appointed time they told me they were slammed and to come back earlier tomorrow or I’d be waiting there all day, wish they had mentioned that when I was making the original appointment over the phone as I would have booked it for earlier. The other ding is that they handed me back my car keys without telling me they weren’t going to fix the headlight after their mechanic told me he was going to fix it. When I realized they hadn’t I walked back to ask why, and was told he needed $120 from me to even look at it. Again, wish they had been clearer about this. It felt like they weren’t very forthright with me. I went across the way to My Mechanic and they had it re-installed in about 15 minutes at no cost.

My vehicle seemed beyond repair after a recent accident. Reggie had his doubts as well, but he assured me that he would do everything possible to get me back on the road. After several thorough inspections, he identified the issue, made the necessary repairs, and now my vehicle is as good as new.
