I called this business on behalf of a mutual customer, who was trading her car in to my employer. As it was a non running car. The crankshaft position sensor on my 2020 Ford Fusion was failing. The folks at ER diagnosed (a very challenging diagnostic) the issue and replaced the sensor with a Ford replacement part. Several months later, the check engine light illuminated. We took the car to ER who quickly ran diagnostic checks. The replacement component was failing again. ER replaced the sensor under warranty. Bottom line: -- We love those guys at ER. -- We love the quality of their service. -- We hate Ford

Employees were friendly. I arrived on time. Car was taken immediately to the bay and they began the work. The interior of the building was clean. Was offered water, fresh coffee and snacks. Repair was done quickly. Good experience.

I made my first visit to ER Autocare last week. So pleased that I went. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone, took the car in within five minutes of my arrival, and the charge was more than reasonable. I have always used dealerships for my car care, but I’m switching to ER Autocare going forward.

Strongly recommend: We were in Ohio from another state and had an unexpected problem with our truck on Christmas. We called ER in the morning the next day and they got us in right away. They worked hard to help us and the customer service was fantastic - Lucas was especially helpful. Hopefully we won’t have another car problem in Ohio down the line, but if we do this is who we’ll call - thanks!

Brought in a car with over 200k miles on it for a wheel bearing replacement and subsequent alignment. Was offered and used their courtesy car to get to work and back while my car was in the shop. Excellent service, estimate was fair, job well done. I would highly recommend.

Just took my car into ER Auto Care in Upper Arlington for the first time. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repairs made. Was easy to schedule online and got right in the same day. They even got me an Uber to get me home after dropoff. Service was superb and very friendly. This is my new favorite place!

They did not give me a price breakdown when I dropped off my vehicle and did not let me sign anything to approve the repair. I told them to remount the tire and wheel alignment. They told me the total is about $200. When I pick up my car, I found out they charged $180 to mount and balance 4 tire. I thought the price is including the wheel alignment. They did the work pretty quickly, but I hope they can give me a price breakdown and let me sign the paper so I am clearly aware the price.

Made appointment online. They did what they said they’d do. The cross sell was very gentle and genuine, not pushy and obnoxious. They vacuumed the inside!! Clean waiting area with coffee and cookies 😊. Bathroom is super clean. Staff is super friendly. I’m very impressed. Will definitely go back.

The dealership where I purchased my car said I needed over $1600 in repairs. ERAutocare did it for less than $600. They got me in quickly, gave me a loaner car, stayed in touch via text and cell, and we’re done by end of day. Car is running great!
