My first experience with ER Autocare Polaris didn’t leave me wanting more - they didn’t tighten my oil cap after an oil change and when I went to my car the next day there was a puddle if oil in my garage under my car. I called them to let them know what happened, they got me in immediately, fixed the problem and sent me with a free oil change voucher for next time. When I went back the second time, oil change went great they also texted me during my appointment with some notes of things that may need replaced soon, and any other findings during the inspection. My most recent trip was for an oil change and tire rotation. Andre was extremely friendly at check in and got my car back quickly for service. I knew my tires were a little worn so a tire change was near. Andre called me to let me know I should strongly consider new tires because of how close they are and the current weather conditions. He did not pressure me at all and said it was up to me to take on the cost. I agreed to get new tires and he was able to get everything taken care of for me same day. He called to let me know they had arrived and an ETA on when the car would be ready for pickup. I was very appreciative as it was through the course of a work day for me so I could plan. Andre and the team were all very communicative, prompt, and friendly during the whole process. Very happy and will be back!

Fixed my flat screw, put it on the rear, found out months later they didn't reprogram the TPSM when it went flat again, showed 2 tires reading flat when only the one they moved was, tire was assigned to front and rear.

I took my jeep in with suspension issues. They were able to diagnose the problem and get me back on the road. They pointed out issues they found and even gave me input on some things I could do to improve it. I will definitely use them again in the future and appreciate everything Nathan and his team did!

They worked with me every step along the way. They were fair and balanced , knowledgeable , went way out of their way to answer all my questions. Truly good people. Honda accord 2008 EX-L Manual 3.5 Vtech , replaced my cv axel , ball bearings , control arm after a horrible incident from a previous mechanic’s blunder. Love these guys. Thank you Nate and Henry !

First time customer, excellent service! Had an unexpected breakdown nearby and took my vehicle there for service. Nate got me in and my vehicle was ready the next morning. Upon picking up my vehicle and before I reached the highway my vehicle had another issue arise. I took it right back to ER Autocare for a prompt diagnosis and quote. It turned out that the new problem was unrelated to the original repair. They were able to work my vehicle into the schedule and I got it back later the same afternoon fixed. My experience here was great. Not being familiar with repair shops in the area it was a gamble taking my vehicle here that paid off. I would not hesitate to use this shop in the future. Thanks!

Really impressed with the Guest Service. Nate was great with communication which I appreciate.The issue was identified and resolved quickly. The $680 I paid Saturday at another place was not even the issue. Ended up with a few more issues. They helped with Uber and gave me a loner vehicle. I will go to this place for anything vehicle related. Great experience.

Went to the shop for the first time this week for repairs on my vehicle. I greatly appreciated the quick, friendly, and professional work that they did! The communication was great and the whole experience was so easy on my end! I will definitely be back for future car repair needs!

Excellent service and price today for an oil change without an appointment on a Miata using customer supplier materials. I have done these myself since 2001 on my garage floor, but now dislike the heat and wrenching upside down with little room to move. Great Job!

I was very happy with the service I received when taking my car for an oil change and inspection. They showed me, on my car what they inspected, and I was pleasantly surprised that the quotes were very reasonable. I will take my car to them in the future!

This is the worst auto shop in the neighborhood. My cars check engine light came on and I took it to them. They “diagnosed” worth more $3000 work and pressured me to do it right on the spot. I didn’t trust them and took it to Another auto repair shop and they did the diagnose and fixed the problem for $500. My car runs like new. I stopped back and asked for them to refund my diagnose fee and they refused. Their reasoning is that they stand by their truck and these items “eventually “ need replaced. What a scammer!!!

I had an oil, filter change and the tires rotated. They didn't share a free car inspection report like AAA does. I am pretty sure free inspection check here can't be trusted because they don't share anything to you. Since rear brake pads and rotary were in bad condition. They didn't mention anything. I like AAA's free detailed web computer generated inspection report for same maintenance cost. Btw Nathan was good in terms of effective communication.

I've been very impressed overall with ER Autocare Polaris. The staff is always friendly on the phone and in person. They schedule me in when it works best for me and can get me in same day when needed. Icing on the cake would be the free refreshments and snacks in the waiting area (which is very clean). 👍

To the management of ER AUTOCARE I was in the Polaris location this morning to check why my car engine light was led on. I spoke to a Rep of your company called Nate. He said for this check /diagnosis will cost me $169.99. I asked if the charge will be part of the repair cost, and he said no. He also said, I can not get the check and diagnosis anywhere cheaper and if I did, he would give me $50. His customer service this morning was very poor, and his approach rating to customer is 1/10 rating. I’m a returning customer and I thought I deserved to be approached in a better manner. I took my car to another auto shop 10-minute drive away from this location and I was treated very well, and the diagnosis was half the price he gave me. Well, my car was fixed with a total of $200 including the diagnoses charge. I called Nate thereafter, and explained my experience with another auto shop, I also reminded him of his promise of $50. He was silent on the phone and did not respond to me. My final remark is, Nate needs more training in the customer service area. I don’t need the $50 but his comment this morning was unnecessary.

Was there last week, asked them to check my battery. Was told they checked it and it was fine. Five days later battery dead and now I’m sitting waiting on Aaa. I also received a quote for other work and Boyd’s tire service was much cheaper.
