Be aware, do not bring your truck to this shop if you will have any issue. They are fraudster. they charge huge amount of money for doing nothing Before I am bringing truck I already informed all issue about that. I told you Def Doser need to be replaced and also I gave all truck info. If you do not have software you have to inform about that to me. But no one told about that. I was keep in touch with Jason. He is charging for nothin now. It is not good guys

I called the day before I got here and they told me that it was first come first serve that they do not do appointments. So I show up bright and early the next morning and happen to be the first person who arrived so I thought I would be in and out. 3 1/2 hours later I finally got seen. I would say they don’t accommodate hotshot truckers but I’m not sure if it’s just anybody else outside of the PTI company that they have agreed to service first. Then it all made sense when I saw this picture Posted up on the glass explaining why things are so slow. Everyone was very nice to work with here too.
