These folks are great! I don’t often need auto body or paint work, but I’ll never go anywhere else. First time I was there they saved me over $100 from a place down the street. This time was no big deal at all, but they treated it like it was. Couldn’t ask for better service or pricing!

Epp's Body and Paint performed some body repair on my 2009 Lexus. When I picked up the car, 2 days ahead of schedule, it was immaculate, repairs were invisible, and the entire car detailed. It has never looked this good. Great work and great customer service.

These guys are convenient to me, near my house, so that made it easy to start with. Repair involved fender replacement and repaint with blending and painting bumper as well. The job was excellent, car looks 7-8 years younger even if I didn't have the ding! Can't really speak to price, as I didn't compare shop this time, but they did try to maximize economy on parts and labor. Came out a little over estimate but it did involve a little more work than expected (with cars these days that's not unusual - even the slightest tap in the wrong place can be frustrating). My guess is right about the middle of price range, the next step down would be shoddy repair for cheap. I would use them again - they were nice and tried to explain the damage and process, and it was clear and no weird stuff or "what?" explanations. A good quality shop here out in Bee Cave.

I have used apps for for moderate repairs including one extensive hail damage repair over the last 10 years. The work that they performed was more than adequate. Unfortunately they have really slipped and it may be that they are just too busy or that they have lost key personnel. I will not use them again.

I took my Lexus to Epps to have them look at my front bumper which they had painted a while back. I just wanted some touch up work to be done where rocks had knocked some paint chips off. They determined that the paint should not have been chipping that easily and insisted on repainting it for me even though it had been a few years since the original work was done. When I picked the car up, they not only had it looking brand new, but actually put a whole brand new bumper on. That’s the kind of folks they are. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had to get a new door for my A3 Audi; it was a speedy and professional install and did an incredible job detailing after it was all said and done. Once you call the shop, you will most likely be greeted by Erin; she was helpful throughout the process and super professional. Hopefully, I won't need their services again, but I will return if needed. Do not hesitate to do business with them!

The customer service here is amazing! Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful! Someone hit my car and messed up the bumper and paint and they fixed it in record time! Also my car has been shiny for almost two weeks now it looks amazing! I highly recommend EPPS!

I am late writing this highly-earned praise for Epps. I had the honor to work with Wayne Epps when his shop was referred to me for minor body work 14 years ago. The factory clear coat was peeling off the rear spoiler of my ten year-old car at the time. He restored it to better than new for a very reasonable price. I am returning to them, now under ("new" to me) ownership that I saw posted in 2011 that he hand-picked. My regular service garage of fifteen years also recommended them. I will post my next review on a more timely basis when I get my latest work done.

I scheduled an appointment with Epps for a small paint scuff and scratch on my car that I was afraid would rust if not dealt with appropriately. The front office staff were courteous, helpful, and professional. They repaired the spot there on the spot. I am very pleased with Epps for not only the speedy repair, but also for the cost and the quality of work.

This review is long overdue and I should have posted a long time ago. I have used Epps probably 6 times now. I have referred two people to them that have used them. Every single one of these instances has been perfect. My friends still tell me they love the referral. Living in the one of the worst places to own a nice car, Lakeway, TX, I have been hit twice, broken into once ($11,000 damage), had the underside of a Volvo scraped due to a steep incline, hailed on once and door dinged countless times. Epps has fixed my cars time and again. The most recent time they fixed my Lexus which got T-boned from a clueless and careless driver not watching the road. The accident left some damage that they didn’t find initially. Epps went the extra mile by redoing it until it was absolutely perfect. A buddy of mine owns an auto repair shop in Ohio where Bentley and Rolls Royce send their automobiles to be fixed in the USA. I learned from him how to spot excellent bodywork and paint work. I can tell you this, Epps is the only place I would take my car in all of Texas after seeing their work firsthand. It rivals my friends shop. There is no doubt Epps’ group stands behind their work, is proud of what they do, and yields amazing work combining it with the best customer service. The people are super friendly and Ian is probably one of the nicest straight forward guys one could have an instance to do business with. I have never had an insurance company tell me Epps is on their “approved list” (been through three insurance companies) so that is another reason I use them. It seems as though the “approved list” is often full of companies that do lesser work on the cheap without really standing behind it. The last three insurance companies gave me contact info of other companies but I told them I was using Epps. The insurance companies have to honor your request and you should fight them for that. If you are on the fence thinking about where to take your car, don’t even second guess it. These are the pros. Go there and be done with it.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my son. The used car was in great condition, but had a minor fender issue on the front passenger side and a few door dings I wanted to address. So I started getting estimates from several repair shops on 620. Since these were cosmetic issues and not really needing repair, I wasn't looking to spend a lot fixing it up (only to have my high school kid inevitably create more dings!). :-) From the start, Epps was great addressing and helping me. They gave me same option of replacing entire front bumper (like all the other places), but ALSO gave me other options. The office staff was great and then they referred me to Tim who quickly took apart my front panel, added some additional retainer clips, added some 3M tape, and all while I just stared in amazement as this repair was happening in front of me. Exactly what I was trying to achieve. Professional, really worked to help me out, and having staff like Tim and the friendly staff made the whole experience a positive one. Upon leaving, I even get a tip from Ian about a firm in Austin who does pinstriping work to repair another cosmetic issue. I am glad I found this place and will be looking to have Epps perform body work repairs in the future for my families vehicles.

I will never go to or deal with another body shop besides Epps again after my wife and I had our vehicle taken to them. I have always heard great things about their work but they also made our experience more painless than I ever imagined it would be not to mention the respect and compassion we were treated with was second to none! Just take your car here...! One of the a-pillar trim covers on my explorer broke off on the highway and I took it here to be replaced. I had also purchased a replacement billet-style grille and asked them to install it as well. It was really nice to be able to text images of the issue & work desired and get an estimate without having to go in. The estimate was more than fair so I scheduled an appointment. Though they appeared to be fairly busy when I dropped off the work was done very quickly and I had my car back the next day. Not only does the trim piece look just as it did the day I bought it, the grille looks fantastic! And the best part is that they washed my dirty arse car!!! Not sure if they vacuumed the inside too but it looked cleaner than when I dropped it off. I cannot say enough good things, just take your car here!
