From the moment I called them to the moment I picked my vehicle up from them, they were very professional and courteous. They were very communicative and also sent detailed photos and descriptions of all they issues they found. They seemed very eager to talk through the issues and talk about solutions. They were very honest about costs and gave deep discounts. Treat this shop right.

Took my van for repair as it was vibrating when i was braking. They said rotors would need to be replaced. They took it for a spin, worked on it and shane informed - we checked and it is repaired, there are no more vibrations. Had to call them back 5 mins after i left as the car was still vibrating upon breaking. Now they told me over phone the back rotors need to be replaced and it would be another 460 dollars to replace it!!!! My 460 dollars got wasted here for absolutely nothing. He says there would be less vibrations now that the front rotor is replaced and to fully resolve you would need to repair the back ones as well. Really??? Why not diagnose it properly in the first place and let me know when i came in? I have the inspection report and there is nothing mentioned in it for the back rotors. Anyone doing inspection/diagnose would check the back rotors when the front have a problem. I said i would purchase and bring in the back rotor and to install it and they said they would double the labor costs !!!! I would not recommend anyone to come here

I found Epic Automotive doing a Google search. I took my Genesis to Epic Automotive because my cigarette ports stop charging my cell phone. I dropped my car off to the shop on Sunday, March 24, 2024 for my Monday, March 25, 2024 appointment. I received a call from John at 10:49am saying that my car was ready for pick up. It did not take them all day to do a diagnostic, locate which fuse box the fuse was in that was blown, replaced the fuse and the price was good! The reviews are very accurate. They’re nice, honest, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend Epic Automotive!

Super helpful and went above and beyond to help me!! I messaged them through chat on Google to find out if I could walk in for a safety inspection they said they would try to work me into the schedule and got me in the same day!!! I was so thankful to find an honest shop closer to my house they are AMAZING!! Friendly informative and everybody I've talked to recommended them and it's hard to find an honest trustworthy mechanic so I'd recommend them to anybody!!! Thank you guys your awesome!!!! If there was a ten star option that's how many stars I would have given!!!
