My car wouldn't start one morning so, after receiving a jump, I drove to Epic Auto Center and told them my issue (with the car still running in the parking lot obviously!). A mechanic immediately came out to test my battery and alternator before advising me on what the potential problem was. After determining it was simply a dead battery, they put a new battery in and I was on my way less than 30 minutes after arriving. I was very impressed with the service; instead of just assuming it was a dead battery, they ran through a couple of tests just to make sure it wasn't a larger issue. I will certainly be back!

Are you tired of BS mechanics who don’t know what they are doing? Who guess over and over and just make you pay for each guess? That was me. Until I ended up stranded on the side of the road after carpool. These are the guys you have been looking for. They have in-depth knowledge of the vehicles they are working on. They care about what they do. They speak to people with respect. And the best part, they thoroughly QC their own work before returning your vehicle to you. Don’t go anywhere else ever again.

I went in for an oil change.. I was a little early for the appointment but they got me right in. They were very helpful in answering questions about issues my car had that needed servicing..I Recommend them .. and i will be going back to them for follow up service and regular maintenance

I requested a comprehensive vehicle inspection and Spring tune up on my Volvo SUV. Epic Auto Center has great quality, start to finish, with experienced and friendly staff, efficiency, and reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend them.

For two years, had water in driver/passenger front floor. Had several, incl dealership, tell me it was the sunroof. With NO rain but using a/c, the water would accumulate...so not the sunroof! Junior had their water leak professional look at the issue...the a/c condenser case outflow tubes--one was plugged and the other was split! Unclogged the one and replaced the other outflow tube. Problem fixed!! So not the sunroof!! Problem solved b/c Junior listened to the customer... Thanks to EPIC and Junior!! Great work!

I needed some ac lines modified and this was not a service that they could provide but they went out of their way and were extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I later brought the car back after getting the lines fixed and had them fill the system which went well. Thanks guys!

The folks at Epic Auto have done right by me every time I've stopped in. Each time they are thorough, courteous, and extremely timely. Any time they need to do something different or notice something nee, they explain what needs to be done to fix it, why, and what caused it in the first place. They quoted me that my car would be ready on Wednesday, but it was ready early on that Monday, and for more than $100 cheaper than the initial quote. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Epic Auto is awesome. They fixed my Infiniti and warranty it also. I month later the part went bad and they upheld their warranty. The staff was very nice and pleasant . I recommend to anyone with a high end car.

GO THERE! The BEST experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop! They were so friendly and accommodating! Front desk guy( I forgot to ask for his name 😫) was literally my hero today! I had the biggest leak and they really helped me out! May God bless you people and THANK YALL SO MUCH! The guy that fixed my car made me feel like his daughter! Thank YOU sir! ❤️
