What an amazing place . I can't recommend them enough! Greg was amazing actually everyone was exceptional. My 4301 bmw had major issues they diagnosed it , much cheaper than BMW.

I did not feel that everything that they Need it to be done some cases i just That unless you talk to the owner I don't feel comfortable. I now have a car that I don't know what to do with i Need to find another import dealer

I use to use a “competitor” up the road if you can call them that, If you can have fun at a “service shop” this is the place These guys explain first, ONLY DO what you request , DO NOT push you into feeling like you HAVE to do something or your vehicle is going to “fall apart” I have a classic Mercedes ‘99 with LOW miles and they were wonderful to her Price was awesome, got to question the actual tech that did the work, he totally explained exactly what he saw, I’ve NEVER had such service anywhere No matter what you drive if you care about it take it to a place that will care about it as much as you do. Updated me and gave me exactly what all was found , THANK YOU EMPIRE , found my new shop

Brought my car in, with multiple issues, to get an estimate and repair. They were great! They not only did what they could to keep the price down for me, as the parts for my Benz are really expensive, but they even gave me inside information about my car, that I was unaware of. They were professional but with a personable disposition. Some of them even appeared to have a sense of humor. They fixed my car, when other shops were unable to, Kept the cost as low as possible, Informed me of everything else that was wrong with my Benz; and sent me updates so that I knew what was going on with my car the entire time. They even dealt with my intoxalock device, that's in my car, with no problems. Very glad I came here, and will be bringing my car back for the rest of the repairs, in the near future. I'm riding cool now, thanks to y'all! Thank you so much!

I have a 2006 Jetta and being an old car it requires maintenance once in awhile. This is the only place I would take it. I don't even think about taking it somewhere else.

To me the difference hands down is integrity and trustworthiness. They are very good at what they do. But more importantly to me is because excellence and truthfulness. I will go to Empire first and would refer anyone I know to them. I couldn't be happier going anywhere else. They are my choice for anything with my car. Great service on my vehicle which is a 2008 Mercedes C300 ! I highly recommend Empire. I went to Empire because of the comments I read on Google reviews which rated them 4.8 out of 5 stars. I'm glad I did! Very honest and forthright with my vehicle needs. I will definitely be back!

Had an issue at first and gave a negative review which is very rare for me to do a review. They reached out and made it right and I greatly appreciate it. was probably a fluke. Chris is a great guy and they do good work and I would recommend them. Not many places will work on convertible hardtops and know how to fix them. Good to know there's a place nearby who knows what they're doing with Euro Carsten deleted original review and feel they did good at making things right and perhaps like should have expressed how I felt before writing a review.

I experienced needing a new battery without notice. After a jump start, I called Empire Imported and David graciously said "we can help that, come right over". Greg got the car in immediately and I was on my way within 40 minutes. As USUAL, great service, sweet and friendly upfront office..they make you feel like you are their only customer!

My experience is Always Great when it comes to receiving the right service for my Mercedes..The knowledge is unparalleled and service is Above and Beyond here then the actual dealers because they believe in accountability... I was acknowledged and educated with Exceptional customer service regarding a damaged part that I learned was resulted from the simple negligence of the dealers tech. From this resulted me to being without a vehicle for several days because they wanting to claim it as a defect and wanted to examined it themselves which still I’m awaiting to receive a response from them... Thank you So Much for the time informing me while my vehicle was there... I Truly Appreciated it, God Bless!

I got an oil change today on my ‘13 Scion XD at Empire Imported Parts & Service and I couldn’t be happier with the service and office team there. Got a 40 pt inspection along with the oil change (which I don’t think has ever been done on my car in the 9 years I’ve had it.) They take pictures of everything, good or bad, and go over everything with you! My boyfriend has a ‘13 BMW && they have earned themselves 2 new customers! They are great! 10/10 Would definitely recommend!
