Amazing Service – Honest, Fast, and Reliable! This morning, my car started acting up—smoke was coming out, and I had no idea what was wrong. I called EMG Auto Repair, and they were so kind and reassuring, telling me to bring it in right away. It turned out there was a coolant leak that needed fixing, and they had everything taken care of within the same day! From start to finish, the service was exceptional—professional, efficient, and, most importantly, honest. They took the time to explain what happened, gave me great advice on what to watch for next time, and let me know I could always bring it back if needed. I felt so well taken care of! If you’re looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto shop, I can’t recommend EMG Auto Repair enough. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re safe and back on the road as soon as possible!

I'm driving my wife's Q8, and the breaks are screeching. To be fair, you can't hear it unless the windows are down. It's 3:40 pm. on a Saturday when I called, yet they got me in and fixed up the same evening. Pricing was fair. I typically only go to the dealership, but the crew works on a lot of foreign automobiles, so I'll be back!

IM TEAM EMG !! I called up there to get a price quote on replacing my oil cooler lines , the price was the lowest out of like ten other shops I called. I dropped my truck off before work . They called me and said there was more work that needed to be done and it was going to take a little bit longer to do the job . They honored the quote they gave to the best they could.. NO COMPLAINTS !! Once I grabbed my truck they were very informative on what they saw and concerns with my vehicle without harassing for more money like most shops do. They even cleaned my truck from grease and fingerprints on my Denali !!! I WILL BE BACK FOR FUTURE REPAIRS .. I found my mechanic!!!

I know you must be thinking that the rating is near to 5, but don’t believe on that, I went to this repair shop recently to just get checked why was the engine light on, and the mechanic checked it by a device and charged an hefty amount, without even inspecting the engine physically. I would recommend to go to better place or to a professional expert to get a thorough inspection done, so that it makes sense of the money being spent and it feels value for money. To be precise the mechanic said 79$ to just check for inspection, however it was checked through some machine and I was told that engine has gone bad, without inspecting the engine physically and no reports were handed unlike other car repair shops, also when it was time to pay the mechanic he immediately switch to saying that I might have said more than 79$, truly wanted to scam you, and later I said that you mentioned only 79$, I asked him to lower it down as he only told me whats wrong with the engine light and agreed on 70$, not 50$ as he mentions in the reply. Right after leaving, my car stop due to fuel supply issue and the mechanic just said that I told you your car is bad, there is nothing i can do, which showed that once you have paid the price they dont they responsibility of anything, not even on human factors or any courtesy. I requested him to just check the issue with fuel supply, and he denied that he cant do anything, I had to call my friend with fuel and later I fueled the car and it turned on. I am sure he is worried about his imagine on this platform, and would do anything to protect this concern. I have just shared my experience and would not recommend anyone to visit here. As you can clearly see the language here. So good luck guys with your car here.

On a Sunday at 10 am, an hour into a 16 hour drive I had my water pump go out. After calling 20 other shops in Tampa, EMG was the only one to say they could do it same day. In 4 hours they had my truck back together and I was on the road all while charging me a competitive price. This place was truly a God-send! Thank you to the staff, y’all really do quality work!

The guys were helpful and worked quickly on my truck. They were able to replace my spark plugs and coils in just a couple of hours. Prices were reasonable compared to what I could find online. Truck is running as good as it can with 180000 miles on it!

They answered the phone on a Sunday 11/17/24 at 8am. I have a F350 SuperDuty 6.0 turbo diesel. Won’t start. Again Sunday morning, they said get it here offered a towing service. Long story short on a Sunday morning I had my truck towed over there, same Sunday evening I picked up my truck. Outstanding. Customer service with a capital C . I will be going back there in the future
