I bought a tire from emeralds and he put on a tire that was too small. I went to take it back the next day and he wouldn’t change it. Then he threatened to call the police. You’re taking your chance’s getting a tire from here. Beware.

I was out looking for a place to replace my tires, and stopped at a place down the street. there was a wait and when they finally came over to my car the guy was real shady and overpriced. I didn't feel comfortable so I left and ended up here at Emerald. the guy who came to help me was awesome. he gave me a great price and was reasonable. He wasn't trying to be shady or run game on me. I left with exactly what I was looking for without breaking my pocket.

I got a tire from here after about less than a week it had a leak in it somewhere and it was going flat every few days and only got worse. I took it back and the older guy did something to it and put it back on my car, the next day it was flat again. I eventually went somewhere else and got a new tire put on. The younger one also stole my phone number off the receipt to text me later that day which creeped me out. Prices are okay for a used tired but I wouldn’t recommend someone to go to them just based off the bum tire I was given, how it wasn’t fixed when I took it back, and the misuse of my phone number.

God where would I be without these guys? Not many places will patch a tire anymore, they'd rather sell you a new set. The first time they said $15 I heard $50 (and would have gladly paid that). They're a rare blend of fair priced and professional. Never had a problem with their work. Only bad thing I can say is they do tend to pink-tax. Femme-presenting folks I've sent there paid a bit more for the same work. Recommend bringing a guy if you've got one so you get a fair price.

We got a flat over two 2hours away from home, they had the tire we needed, and actually bought 2 because their price was so good. In and out in less than an hour! Friendly and honest!!

Quick, cheap, and easy. They however do not care about scraping your rims, my rim was horrendously trashed after the tire change but It’s a beater so I didn’t really care. Just don’t bring your car here if you care about your wheels.

I would not have made it to the AFC Championship game without these folks. In & out in 15 minutes & they were the only place open on Sunday. 4 months in, tire is still kickin'.

Don't go here! They sold me a bad tire that I unfortunately didn't notice until a week after the 30 day limit expired. The tire developed a big bulge on the side and is now useless. I went to get it replaced and they said I would have to buy a new one. Save yourself and go elsewhere!

Don’t even waste your time these people NEVER got tires neverrr I have 20inch rims and everytime I go everytime they say we don’t have no tires that size not even New tires…. Just go to Sam’s Tires 3 min up the road and they had everything I was looking for.

They patched my tire and had me on my way in about 5 minutes. They were less expensive than the other companies I called - by quite a bit, actually. They were very friendly and they will be my first choice in the future.

We were in desperate need with a flat tire while touring VCU and Angel was a true Angel for us and saved the day!! It was close to closing and they still made sure my son was taken care of. Thank you very much Angel!!

Worst tire experience! The workers that change your tires are con artists! Tried to charge me 60.00 for a used tire and then another guy pulled up and need a tires and they told him 40.00. Make it make sense and then when they found out the guy that was servicing me got mad and charged me 5.00 for checking my tire and snatched my money out my had and walked off! I would never spend a dime at that place again! Mind you I purchased a tire from there 6 months ago and same car and my tire was 35.00. Try it and watch how they change the price ripping people off. And I’m a woman by the way! It’s so sad! Watch out dealing with these guy’s!
