Everyone was respectful and honest with me which is much appreciated. The work done on my vehicle was amazing. Thank you to the whole team who helped me out. Addendum: the work was not completed so I had to take my truck back. The first time Embassy had my truck was over a couple of weeks. The second time the same thing. Very frustrating especially since I was told the work was done and it wasn’t. I paid almost 5 grand and ended up being very dissatisfied with the service that I was provided. I was told I was going to get call backs after all the messages I had left and no one called me back. I had to actually find rides to check up on my truck since no one called me back. I took my truck to get brand new brakes and another shop told me so many nuts and bolts were wrong on the truck that it was dangerous, Embassy I am retracting my first review as I am completely dissatisfied with the amount of money I paid and the unsafe work that was done on my truck. I am disappointed and will never recommend you to anyone if asked for any recommendations.

These guys rock! Daniel, Winston, and Sonny!!! I got a flat tire traveling on I-10 on Christmas Eve. I called and spoke with Daniel and they were able to get me a full set of pre-owned tires at a great price! They went to work as a team and had me back on the road in no time! I Highly Recommend these guys!!! Merry Christmas!! They went above and beyond! 🙏 🙏 💯 💯

Excellent service! I called ahead on a Saturday and they were closed but took care of me anyway. Needed my new tires put on my truck ASAP and even when they came across some issues with their equipment, instead of telling me to comeback on monday, they took it to their other location across town and got the job done. Thanks Junior I appreciate that!

Eanna say thank you very much to all the staff at Embassy. They were professional, and very helpful. They even took their time to have me undersyand what was wring with my car and why it happened. Was having difficulty for the longest time trying to figure out why my car was having white smoke exit the pipe. Dealership said it was normal condensation for the winter time, when it was happening all year round. They were lying. Then my car started to not want to start at all. Finally took my car to Embassy on 22nd and they fixed it all back up in one day. My car runs smooth, no black smoke and no hard start. I would recommend going to them. They did a really great job. Very satisfied with their work. Thank you Embassy Tires and Wheels. I am very greatful.

I swear this is one of the best places in town. I mean, talk about customer service top-notch. I would like to thank Daniel, who was very professional and kind very reliable person. I would like to thank Junior. He’s very kind. His prices are very reasonable. He’s very understanding and he listens to you. I guarantee you if you go to these guys, they will not rip you off. Their prices are the best. Very professional. I haven’t met people like this forever. I’m extremely blessed to get to know Daniel and Junior.

I highly recommend junior! I took my daughter to get tired on her car and an alignment and she's been very stressed and junior jumped right in and got tired delivered the same day since she drives on the freeway! Very awesome and nice guy!
