I had a fender bender and needed a tie rod replacement, realignment, and suspension repair. I’m usually nervous about going to shops out of fear that they will take advantage of me, but their estimator, Freddy, made this process extremely comfortable and seamless for me. He walked me through each repair needed and why. It’s been over a week since I had my car back and it’s driving perfect. They fixed it properly the first time and I never had to go back.

My car was totally damaged on my driver side and I was not able to drive it coming from Louisville Kentucky. They work with me even a tow company was reasonable. I appreciate the services and I highly recommend also want to thank them again for helping me specially management team.

This shop is awesome! I had an attempted theft on my car that completely ruined the steering console and my back window. My insurance company recommended Elite and I’m so glad they did! The tow that was originally booked by my insurance was taking forever to come out and pick it up. The Elite team reached out to me to ask when I was planning on bringing the car in and I told them I was waiting on the tow. They immediately offered to send a tow from their shop and bill it to my insurance. I cleared this with State Farm and the tow was outside within an hour. The Elite team was very communicative about the status of my repairs and even completed them early. They gave my car back to me suuuppper clean, too! I’m talking it felt like a brand new car 😂 All in all, they made a stressful time much easier to navigate. Should I need additional services in the future, I will be booking with Elite on Jarvis.

Over priced for cheap jobs call this place the bikini bottom cause owner is Mr Krabs 2000$ for a scratch got it fixed a few blocks down for 500$ save your self from embarrassment

The staff at Elite on Jarvis always answered the phone and my questions promptly and were very friendly. I utilized their tow and shop for service. They offer text updates of your repair, so I was always in the loop. They offer lifetime warranty on all their repairs/parts so it's an added peace of mind.

There is no other place I’d take my car to. Elite has done work on 3 of my vehicles over the past decade & each time they come out looking brand new without any trace of previous damage. Joe and his team are very professional, extremely responsive & customer friendly.

Elite on Jarvis is a awesome body shop they took my truck in gave me a date that the work would be finished.Joe and George did an excellent job. Someone hit my truck so hard that the impact connected my truck with their truck tearing the complete front fender of my truck off. When I spoke to JOe I was so distraught I was literally in tears this was a hit and run I asked him could he fix my truck and he told me no worries it would be better than it was before. I had no choice at this point I just had to put my faith in him and allow him to work his magic and that’s exactly what he did thank God for elite on Jarvis as a senior citizen it means a lot to be able to trust somebody like JOe and George highly recommended by the shop.😊

Needed to get my car towed at night the tow truck driver was very friendly but a little costly he brought it to Elite On Jarvis into there Lot wich made me feel safer to leave my car overnight, the next morning I Spock to one of the mechanics and by the time I got there my car was close to finish. I was given an honest assessment as to what was wrong with my Vehicle with a reasonable price. And I need to add that I was not charged for overnight storage. I highly recommend this place.
