Current Review: Boy, was I wrong. I had an awful experience with them yesterday (no show, no communication because of a family emergency) and today (when the man on the phone showed no interest in explaining to me, nor did he seem to care). I had already spent almost $1k with them, with another $300 or so to be spent yesterday, yet he pointed out he has customers who spend way more than I have. They are sure quick to ask for a review, and quick to try to upsell. I would be careful giving them business. Their business practices mirror the physical location. Shambles. I will never go back. First Review: I was referred to the Elite team by Sarge at neighboring Auto Inspector, that referral means everything to me. Elite didn't disappoint. They are very friendly and efficient and professional. My first time, but I'll be back.

The service was quick, it only took a few days for the staff to fix the laundry list of things wrong with my car. If I had taken it elsewhere I would’ve had to get a rental! The communication was excellent as well. I knew what was happening each step of the way. I can’t say enough great things. Elite Muffler will be my service provider from now until eternity.

My second time going to this exhaust shop for work on my 5 series BMW. Went in for a muffler delete with appointment, and was immediately taken in to get the exhaust done. Took about 1 1/2 hours and i can say the final product was what i wanted for a long time. Everything was welded nice and my tips were centered and not touching my diffuser, no loose exhaust bouncing around. Very good quality. You are paying for there expertise and it is definitely worth it for sure recommend
