Cant believe how good this place is. I towed them a horrible 2008 Audi A8L that the Audi dealership refused to work on. Not only did they fix everything for less than I expected but I received full communication about costs and timing every step. Now it runs like new and everything works as it should. Trust this company with your 4 wheeled babies. They rock!

Elite Motor Works is an efficient and well organized. The reception person, Jacob, was knowledgeable and explained all repairs and costs clearly. He indicated which repairs that could wait a while before repairing and which needed to be done now. I feel confident that our vehicle is in good hands.

Everyone that works here is the best in the business, professional, the techs were super knowledgeable and the customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to diagnose and fix an issue with my SUV. They were honest, transparent, communicated very well, and even sent me pictures via email of what they found. Super happy with the service here at Elite Motor Works of Sarasota and will be going back for sure. Highly recommend. What I liked most was that they treated my SUV like it was their own, they cared. So thankful for the team at Elite I received the best customer service and communication than I ever have had at the Mercedes dealership. I had several repairs needed including a new radiator and they were happy to provide and Uber for me to get to work with the time needed for the parts to come in. Jaycob kept me in the loop the entire time and kept my mind at ease while juggling my travel plans and being without my vehicle and truly cared about my time. 2014 Mercedes E350 was in great hands with their team and will never go anywhere else for service and repairs

Fuel pump was installed and gas fumes were both outside and inside the car. If the fuel pump hose let gas out on the engine it should have been cleaned! I had to take car again to get rid of the gas smell! If it gets dirty clean it before giving back to the customer.

I had a great experience with Elite Motors. There was a loud noise in my car after a storm. They took my car as soon as i called and the noise was fixed and i had new brakes in 24 hours! That never happens so fast anywhere else. Also, they were extremely responsive on the phone. They kept me informed!!

I had an excellent experience at Elite Motor Works, the constant communication and care that was taken with my vehicle is unrivaled by any other experience I've had with auto mechanics. Jake was an amazing point of contact and made sure I was well informed and taken care of during the whole process. I would recommend using their services for any auto needs that may arise.

Super happy with Elite Motor Works. Brought my (new to me) AMG GLA45 for a thorough inspection and, aside from a pair of tires needing replacement, was pleased to learn that the vehicle is in tip-top shape. Those tire replacements? Ordered that day, and a day later in and out of the shop done and all at a very fair price. Service Manager Jaycob was polite, professional, answered every one of our million questions with a smile and never tried to upsell anything. I'll be returning for all my service needs on this car.

Elite motor works did an oil change and provided an assessment to my vehicles overall condition. They were honest and efficient and didn't try to sell me anything that I did not need. I will come back for all my car repair needs. Oh, Elite also provided a shuttle from there shop to my home and a return shuttle when my car was ready.

My prior experiences w Elite have been overall positive and I even posted a very positive review about them last year. However, that changed today. I took my 2021 Lexus 350 for routine 35K maintenance (oil change and tire rotation and brake inspection) as recommended by Lexus standards. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told my Drake that they recommended some additional services (air filter, brake fluid, and drive belt) which totaled $1,100. He assured me he could go ahead and order the parts and have them ready so I could proceed with the recommendations. I told him to hold off and I would call back with my decision. He then proceeded to tell me a story of another customer who did not get their belt replaced at 35K and ended up w $7k of repairs. I still declined. After I left, I called Lexus of Sarasota who told me that they recommended brake fluid be changed at 60K and drive belt to be changed at 90K. I was a bit surprised to hear such a difference in the recommendations. I called Elite back to ask how they arrived at their recommendations. Drake was at lunch and I spoke w Kristine. Kristine spent 10 minutes explaining how because of the Florida heat, the wear and tear of these items is faster and their recommendations are based on their experience with working on cars in Florida. I agreed that some of that makes sense, but it didn't really account for such a huge variance in the recommendations, especially for the drive belt. She then looked in the computer and said that actually the drive belt was recommended at 50K (not 35K) and she could see from the technicians notes that the drive belt of my vehicle was in good shape. Hmmmmm. So now I have 2 different recommendations, one quite a bit different than the other, and neither in line with what the car manufacturer recommends. Draw whatever conclusions you like from this post, but I feel like there was a very aggressive upsale scheme at play. Perhaps I looked naive about cars, or perhaps because I'm a woman it was expected that I would just move forward with any recommendation, even if it was unnecessary and egregious. Either way, I was very disappointed with my experience today and will not be returning for service at this business.

The Elite motorworks team did an absolutely Phenomenal job helping me out with a vehicle repair. I have used them several times in the past and every time they Are so professional. This is the only place I trust to take my vehicle in for repair and have full confidence knowing that the work that they do is top notch. The team Is very knowledgeable and they are definitely experts in their craft. A+++++++ highly recommend!

Took my A8 in for routine service. Tech found a few pending problems but no pressure to address immediately and gave me reasonable repair estimate for future work already scheduled. Addendum-initially gave 1star in error. Meant to give 5 star
