A++ for absolutely every aspect of this auto shop. Took my Infiniti Q60 here after Austin Infiniti misaligned my frameless windows multiple times and eventually refused to correct their subpar work. Although this isn’t a body shop and the team doesn’t typically get involved in these repairs, Chris welcomed me in and took on the job. I’m delighted to say for the first time in months my car has returned to factory condition - cabin noise is quiet as can be and water no longer leaks in. It was a finicky job and I’m wary of repairs that require my door panel to be ripped off, but the team at Elite Import Auto did an impeccable job and ensured everything was as tight as it came. Thanks to these guys, the joy I feel from driving this car has been fully restored! I would give them over 5 stars if I could.

Excellent mechanic with a great encyclopedic knowledge about German cars. They got to the issue and solved it quickly and I couldn’t even be any more grateful than that! They make me feel secure and happy about my car so I’ll come back anytime and I told them they’re my mechanic for now and the future. Great service at affordable price!

This was my second time bringing my 05 Chrysler Crossfire to Import Auto. They are always very prompt, professional, and accurate. I wouldn’t trust another shop to service my car.

Great service. While travelling from canads to texas, our sprinter van was experiencing some issues. The guys at Elite got me in quickly, were very helpful in the diagnosing and repair. The prices were fair and the service was great.

Elite Import Auto is the best. No frills, honest people. Chris helped me navigate an alternator replacement and checked my battery too, which needed replacement. For someone who knows little about cars, can’t recommend them enough!

Dan has taken good care of our rides for about 18 years now. Hubby's pickup, a 2000 Mazda (yep, 23 years old), still runs strong with cold a.c., thanks to Elite. Quality work, reasonable prices.

I had my valve cover gaskets replaced here on a 2006 Toyota Highlander in December 2016. Moved further south and started taking it to a different mechanic. In January of 2019 I took it in for a different issue and my mechanic noted that the valve covers were leaking. So in 2 years they were leaking enough to be noticed. I declined service and put off getting them replaced for a few years. I recently decided to save some money and do the job myself. I found a surprise when I got the valve covers off. The rear spark plug tube gaskets were in backwards and had been hammered in at an angle and big globs of gasket maker were placed around the ignition coils to make up for the improper installation. There was also a lot of scoring on the valve covers where they had pried the old spark plug tube gaskets out. The tubes were flooded with oil and oil was baked onto the ignition coils. I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 because the car technically kept running for the last 7 years. I was in college at the time and didn't know much about cars, so I didn't know valve cover gaskets should last longer than 2 years or that I could have gone back for a warranty.

Want to give a great thanks to Chris and mechanics for taking care of me and my Honda! They'd been fixing it for while and ALWAYS had great customer service and work! There trustworthy for sure! My cars engine was totaled and they could have kept fixing it and have me comeback but they were honest and helpful I recommend this place to EVERYONE!!

I have used Elite Import Auto Service since 2015 for my Lotus cars. These cars are quirky and fragile. It takes an knowledgeable and patient mechanic to work on these type of cars. Dan (owner) is just that type of person, I trust him. I highly recommend you trust him too. Elite Import Auto Service is a great shop that can work on just about anything with a motor. The shop has an old school feel, in a good way, everyone is friendly, and you can pet a cute dog and have coffee while you wait.

I waited a month since my car was fixed to right the review to make sure it was really fixed. I took my car to two previous auto shops twice each time based on their guarantee service. Both of them charged me twice to not fix the issue. Here they listened to me when I’m as explaining the issue and even though they did took some time to take a look at it, (a week) they did fixed the issue which I’m very happy about it and after a month the car has been running fine (the previous two auto shops a few days after it will Give me the same issue) so yes, they are good here and trustworthy

The team at Elite Imports got me in quick to tackle multiple issues with my Audi and charged me a very fair price for the parts and labor with excellent results. Strongly recommend and I will be using them again for future maintenance and repairs.
