Great place to take your vehicle. They specialize in imports but have been servicing our 2008 Pontiac for a while now, and it has never run better. Danny, the owner, is very conscious about the service his crew provides. We highly recommend Precision Automotive.

I had an excellent experience with Elite Automotive after they installed a new transmission and transfer case in my daughter’s Honda CR-V. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain the process in detail and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the work is outstanding, and my CR-V is running like new again. I truly appreciate their honest service and dedication to getting the job done right. Just moved to Jeff County from Houston, TX. The transmission on my 14-year-old Chev Impala started to fail on the journey. Was referred to Elite - very glad: Danny takes time to give personal attention and the mechanical service is best in class. I'll take my car there for the next 14 years.

I recently took my car in on a Monday for a front end inspection due to a noise I have been hearing for quite some time now and that has gotten progressively worse. Danny and his team addressed the issue and made the necessary repair and even went above and beyond to address several other service requests I had while it was there. Even with the need for ordering parts the turnaround time was excellent. The communication is the absolute best I have ever had when dealing with a business. I can truly say I was blown away by the countless updates regarding my vehicle and even the descriptiveness of the issues and fixes along with the pricing. Danny certainly knows how to run a business and he will have mine from here on out! I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reputable mechanic! Thank you all again!

Great service from Danny and his staff working on my Range Rover. Had my car a little longer than anticipated, but he made up for it by staying over one day and letting me pay over the phone and pick my car up after hours. Very appreciative.

Danny and his team do an amazing job in taking care of their customers. I recently got an oil change and tire rotation and had a vibration in my steering wheel. They were able to troubleshoot and found the issue, and they didn't charge me anything extra, (like trying to sell me an alignment I didn't need), and got me all fixed up. These guys and gals are honest, super nice, and patient with all of my questions, and don't try to charge you for stuff you don't need. What an awesome, not so hidden gem in Morristown! (they are doing a lot of business it seems as they should be and deserve to be) Give them a call. I know they will take care of you like they have me for a few years now. Thanks again to Danny and your team!! I'll see you all next week for a service appointment on my wife's car!!

Always a wonderful experience when I take my vehicles to Elite for service! Danny and his staff are always willing to take time and listen to my concerns, properly diagnose issues(s) and complete needed repairs each and every time in a timely manner. Recently my battery died on my Range Rover. I called Danny and he allowed me to drop it off that morning, had a battery expedited to the shop, replaced it, and had it ready by noon! Thanks guys!

Knowledge staff always willing to help! I appreciate the quick turnaround when they service my vehicle as it’s my daily driver. I recently had my Bronco serviced, upgrading the front steering links due to having a level kit installed. The crew at Elite got it scheduled, serviced and back to me in the same day!! Thanks Elite.

Elite was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. What could have turned into a nightmare of unexpected repairs was handled very well by them with complete professionalism and great communication throughout. I called in desperate need of my AC to be fixed in my 2017 Tahoe. I’m 8 months pregnant and couldn’t stand the heat. I called and he was very informative about my car. It turned out being the condenser and they only had my car for ONE DAY! I will be using Elite for any of my car needs. They are kind, informative, and super quick and accurate! The best in town!

Wouldn’t take my car to another mechanic if you paid me! Danny and his team do good work, are honest, don’t cut corners, keep their word, keep costs low, honor their duty, and treat you with respect. If you need your car to be worked on Elite Automotive is the best choice in East Tennessee or anywhere for that matter. Danny and his folks have taken care of my cars and my family’s cars for many years and there is a reason we give him our business and send everyone we know to him. There are other good auto shops but why settle for good when you can get excellence with your money!
