Truly a breath of fresh air when dealing with all of the heartache that car issues can bring. I’ve taken my Infiniti to Elite Auto Solutions twice now and both experiences have been great. Pricing is fair and transparently communicated. Raul worked diligently to coordinate with my warranty company in order to provide a quality repair at an affordable price. They even offered a loaner car during the time of the repair. I highly recommend this shop for any maintenance needs!

I’ve taken my BMW to elite auto solutions twice now and both experiences have been great. Pricing is fair and not over the top like most shops. They had great communication with me through the whole process and didn’t try to offer me services I didn’t need. They also provide a military discount. I highly recommend this shop for any maintenance needs!

I had a great experience! The guys were very thorough. I brought my car in because the air wasn’t working after I had taken it to another place to get fixed. Elite Auto found the exact cause of the problem and my air has been blowing cool and my car has been running like new ever since! I will be coming to them for any future auto care.

Our car had a starter issue, so we called AAA for a tow and decided on Elite Auto Solutions due to their central Dallas location and their willingness to accept our car during a thunderstorm. Our service consultant, Raul Cruz, was incredibly patient and transparent, thoroughly explaining the issues with our car and answering all our questions. On the day of pickup, Raul even stayed after hours so we could retrieve our car, which we really appreciated. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and we’d highly recommend Elite Auto Solutions!

Everything went well , small misunderstanding because I wanted my dashboard fixed as well although the main issue was taken care of , they ,were honest about the time frame and put me in a nice rental car doing the process 😀

First time to get service done here, as referred by AAA. The auto shop is very clean and organized. Everyone acted professionally. The manager did an excellent job running the operation. Y’all did a great job on my wife’s ford van. She was there in Dallas from San Antonio. Y’all diagnosed and repaired the bad coils quickly. I feel we were lucky to find y’all.
