After using Elite Auto Experts for auto body work several years ago, I had them to repair my automobile AC and to perform routine preventative maintenance. They did an excellent job. Two years later, I gave them my mechanic shop honesty test and they passed my test that year and also today (03 Feb 2025). Since the mechanic couldn’t find any significant concerns with my vehicle (low battery voltage), I was asked if I noticed anything wrong while driving it. I told them no but my car is a low, low mileage 13 year old car and I want to keep it running, besides I don’t like having a car note. So, if you need a reliable, honest, professional and friendly mechanic shop, Elite Auto Experts located on the corner of Hwy 529 and Queenston, is the place to take your vehicle. THANKS guys SEF, 2025 A+ for professionalism, prompt, expedite and HONESTY. I’m a relative new customer to Elite Auto Experts. I used them three previous times and I was not disappointed. Today, I went in for an inspection and routine maintenance, check fluids, oils, belts, etc., open checkbook list. I was impressed when they said everything was find and my car did not need any repairs or fluids, oil or belts changed, it passed inspection. My car is 12 years old and they could have said I needed repairs but they didn’t. They have my business from now on because of HONESTY, which is hard to find these days. Thanks Guys! 2024

01/28/2025-Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond! I took my 2017 Honda CR-V EX to Elite Auto Experts for a persistent P2187 code, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their dedication and expertise. Bright car in for Check Engine Light on. Eddie greeted me on arrival. Ran diagnostics and found problem with leak detection pump. Replaced vapor canister seal, detector, and gas cap. Also had fuel system & transmission service performed. Got car back when promised. Will use again.

The worse shop, I took my truck for AC problems they supposedly fixed it and charged me almost $1,000 dls. I was ok at the moment, but after a month I had problems had the same problems and they didn’t want to fix it, saying it was something differed and charged me another $1,200, bunch of thieves.

This is the only mechanic I trust to take care of my car. They are honest, and won't try to upsell additional services. The repairs are guaranteed; so once they repair your car..it is REALLY repaired; you will not have to worry with that particular issue again. I highly recommend this shop.
